We been here for 30 min. There is only 2 other tables here. We haven’t gotten our appetizer or drink refills. Really Pizza Hut and you wonder why your parking lot is empty.

Not busy at all. Ordered 2 Buffalo chicken salads. No croutons no tomatoes. Plain iceberg lettuce and some cheese that’s it. They can’t even get a salad right. It is pitiful how this Pizza Hut has gone down hill.

Absolutely horrible.. location was not busy.. hardly anyone inside … Took us 30 mins and going and asking 3 different time for someone to come take our order before someone came. . and another 15 before we got our drinks…. Refills were half cups and the server was like ” I can go get another pitcher of tea… To finish refilling the drinks” like okay…. Never came back…….. Spent 15 mins waiting for a go box.
Service absolutely horrible…. Cleanliness absolutely gross…. Staff with hair down in their faces, look like they’re uniforms haven’t been washed in weeks. Tables littered with dirty dishes and trash….
Like this right here is why Wagoner’s restaurants get such a bad rep. Get it together guys.

Everything about our experience tonight was wonderful! We ordered and dined in the restaurant and our server was great. He was very attentive and proficient. The food was hot and delicious! There was even a small play area for younger kids. We will definitely be back.

We like Simple Simons better, $9.99 includes the price with the drink. I actually called Pizza Hut before we went to see if the drink was included with the buffet and the lady told me it was. Which would have been $19.98 + tax. When we got our ticket it was $27.19. We got charged $2.39 medium ice tea + $2.39 medium Pepsi.
