I always have enjoyed coming here. The wait staff is amazing ! The bartender John (I hope I remembered correctly) was knowledgeable. Krystal was attentive but not overly so. Jenny stopped by for a hello and as always full of smiles. The food presentation was great and was good. The drinks were amazing!

The first time my husband and I came here, we sat at the lower bar. We decided to go up to the Terrace and I’m glad we did. The decor is great. There is an outdoor fireplace and open area to eat and/or drink. We sat at the bar and the variety of scotch and whisky(ey) was astounding! Service was great as was our food. Highly recommend!

Absolutely LOVE the atmosphere here! With 240 whiskeys and many other drinks top choose from this place is a must on your next visit to St.Joseph, MI. The bartender Jason was so cool. Very friendly and knowledgeable in a variety of topics which made for a fun and social night. The Charcuterie platter was delicious, the fig and olives were my favorite.

Hands down the BEST steak we have ever had! We took our daughter there for her birthday dinner and we all ordered either filet, NY strip, Rib eye and surf and turf. Not a single complaint. I made the mistake, didnt pay attention that the terrace is 21 and up, but the ambience downstairs was just so nice. Also, their Bradshaw martini was so delicious! Our server was also the sweetest ever! My apologies, I can’t remember her name. If you are in St. Joe’s and looking for a great steak place, you have to stop at 221 Main.

We were out on a “parents night out” away from the kids and were looking for a slow paced dinner to just relax, eat and have a nice glass of wine. Their wine selection was excellent and their steaks wonderful. Maya did a great job pacing our dinner to slow play our courses and was a wonderful server.
Place felt quiet for a Wednesday night but then again it was a holiday weekend – so we just enjoyed.
