I ordered on the Pizza Hut app. Order was supposed to be delivered 30 min later. After waiting for over 1 hour after the pizza should have been delivered I went and my pizzas were sitting there waiting on door dash. This location does not offer true delivery, and their phone number is someone trying to sell you a trip. Now I’ve paid for delivery, a tip and still had to go pick up my own food.

I tried giving them one more chance after the empty pizza boxes being delivered. This time it took two hours to get the pizza and wings I ordered for my children. Do to the fact I’m on call I couldn’t cook this time. I asked the young lady why they said 28-35 mins on the order, and my children didn’t get their food until two hours later. Didn’t even offer me a discounted price. Could’ve told me as I was ordering they were having driver issues. I would’ve came and picked the pizza up. Might’ve taken ten more minutes to get to my call, but my children would’ve been fed. I’m not mad, but if I’m going to place a review I’m going to be honest. It’s been great pizza Hut. I will be claiming my remaining Hut rewards points, but I can no longer be a loyal rewards customer receiving this from service in return. Thank you. Blessings on acquiring new delivery drivers.
