Recently while showing houses with an out of town buyer we needed a pick me up after a full day of house hunting and decided to pop into Starbucks. This is a newer location and it’s very clean and spacious! I love the modern decor and the baristas were very friendly! I love visiting locally owned coffee shops. However, Starbucks is always consistent and conveniently located. All the years Starbucks has been in existence I had no idea you can get free coffee grounds to fertilize your soil or plantings. Perfect for gardening! Here they had them easily accessible to pick up for free on your way out the door. #coffeelovers #kc #househunting #starbucks #caffienebreak #kcrealtor

this places doesn’t know the difference between espresso and coffee. come get if u want watered down espresso. who in their right mind. puts ice in a cup and then hot espresso over it. it’s now 50% melted ice and 50% espresso. called to tell them and the manager was very rude and unprofessional. argued with me over the phone. not listening and telling me that’s how starbucks wanted it made. i made sure district managers will visit them soon

One of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I live down the street and have come here a handful of times. Each time, my order is messed up. If you are going to charge me 50c to $1 extra for toppings/flavor shots, least you can do is make sure they are in the drink…. Also don’t order the chai tea, it tastes like milk and water.

This is my favorite Starbucks! I have a Starbucks 2 minutes from me, but will drive 15 minutes to go to this store. The drinks are always perfect, the staff is amazing always super friendly even when they are super busy at 7AM! I wish other Starbucks would take notes.

Staff is courteous; friendly. Items are properly prepared and the taste is very. My only criticism is, regardless of how busy they are, gaged by the number of people inside &/or in the drive through, they are incredibly slow in getting the order prepared. I don’t know if it’s because it’s a new store or the staffing is learning, but they appear to have no urgency in getting orders out expediently.

I’ve been at this location 4 maybe 5 times since the opening. 1. I’ve received 3 different prices for the same drink. 2. The drive through for just 3 cars was about 15 minutes. 3. My order has been wrong 3 times. 2 hot drinks when I order my same ice drink and 1 time where I know they didn’t give me a double shot. I don’t blame the employees. I blame the training program. That’s okay because Einstein’s is right next to Starbucks.
