I am trying to get ahold of a manager! Jaedah this AMAZING young lady who works there is in need of some recognition! My aunt who has cerebral palsy asked me to write and contact her manager to show her appreciation of her kindness. Jaedah knows exactly what she drinks and talks to her and her friend every week we are there! I’m unsure of what my aunt drinks but thanks to Jaedah we knew exactly what she likes which helped out ALOT!! We appreciate her hard work! My aunt says thank you Jaedah!!!

I went today to get a drink, typically I do mobile orders but it was off and had to go in. When I went in THEY ONLY HAD ONE EMPLOYEE WORKING! It was busy and the employee that was working was backed up. Management should’ve been on top of it and made sure to have someone ready to come in to help.

I really like the baristas here. They’re very friendly and always make consistently great coffee. This Starbucks doesn’t have all the features of the stand alone stores, but it’s worth it to be able to get coffee while I grocery shop.

I normally enjoy the hustle bustle of a Starbucks. But this place was just not up to snuff. The employees were rude and talking to one another more than to their customers. I think they forgot that without customers, they would be without and any job! Either play nice or choose another playground that doesn’t involve public service. The prices are too high for you to be so rude!

Best customer service out of all the Starbucks. Keyla is the best at making my drinks and she knows exactly what I want every time I go in. I love how she leaves little comments on my brownie bag and it makes my day. She deserves a raise for all her hard work. Very nice place and it’s always clean.

I loved these guys. I lived at the apartments next door and frequented this price chopper and Starbucks. It didn’t take long before they knew me by name and not just one of my drink favorites and how I took it… but they knew I didn’t always order the same thing and they knew my customizations on 3 or 4 of them! The only thing I don’t like about this place is this limitations—like I prefer blonde roast espresso. And while I could use my Starbucks card to collect benefits of the program… I couldn’t redeem my stars for my free drink(s) and other rewards. That’s not their fault tho that’s why I’m not taking away a star but please be aware of this before you go!

I’ve never been one to go to Starbucks, but I get a latte here every so often since it is conveniently located down the road. It’s made quickly, tastes great, and the people working are nice and friendly.
It’s located right next to the entrance of the Price Chopper so you don’t need to walk far to get to it. You’ll see it right when you enter the first set of doors.
