If I would have known my order would be delivered by door dash I would have picked up my own food. I don’t do door dash. I don’t want nothing delivered to me by someone wearing pajamas. I didn’t see any type of hot bag. Won’t happen again.

I wish there was an option for a zero star, or better yet -5 stars. This Pizza Hut location is horrible. Bad customer service, slow, limited choices, poor management and awful food.
Ordered pizza, the $7.99 2-topping special. Carryout order online. Waited 30 minutes to pick it up. Got home and the pizza was burnt. I tried calling. I was on hold for 45 minutes before I hung up. I got in my car and drove back.
Once there, only 3 people were working. The phone was office the hook. No wonder I was on hold so long. They weren’t answering the phone. After waiting almost 10 minutes. I was help. I explained that the pizza was burnt. She, Pizza Hut worker, said it wasn’t burnt. That’s how the thin crust comes out of the oven! Then, she said her district manager said they can’t give refunds!
I insisted on getting the pizza remade. Waited another 20 minutes. While there, the Pizza Hut worker made an announcement to waiting customers that they were out of the stuff pizza crust. Some customers left.
Second pizza wasn’t burnt. Comparison pictures are below. Please excuse any of my typos.

We didn’t receive half of what we ordered for delivery. After twenty minutes of letting the phone ring, time out, and trying again, I realized that nobody at the store cared.
I didn’t even want a refire and to send another delivery person, I just wanted a refund for what I paid for but didn’t receive, but it seems that’s too much to ask for. Enjoy the free $10 you stole from me Pizza Hut; after three decades, my family is done. Domino’s might be garbage pizza, but at least they make it right when they screw up.

This is the best Pizza Hut in Baton Rouge. Mrs Jessica and her Staff are doing an outstanding job. When ever you come here they always treat you with the best. I just want to thank you to her and her Staff and to keep up the great work

They put less ingredients on the pizza every time I go there. It was good about 4 trips ago but now a meat lover’s pizza has almost no meat on it. I will not go back for a while. 2/18/25
I went back to Pizza Hut yesterday. I did not place my order online or call in. I ordered at the store and told the cashier about my experience. They were very nice about it and made a great pizza. I guess I will order at the counter and wait from now on.

Every time I come to this location it’s always unorganized. They act like they don’t know what’s going on. I ordered tha big box with wings. First mistake they gave me tha wrong order. Second mistake tha manager who was looking up my order had a hard time believing tha spelling of my name ( saying tha reason was my name was spelled wrong ) if I’m telling you that’s my name and spelling that’s what it is. Third mistake my pizza & wings looked like it was just thrown in tha box it was all greasy and it didn’t close. I stopped coming to this location just for this reason it’s very convenient for me due to I stay behind tha restaurant. This location has to do better especially if I’m paying over 30 dollars for my food!
