This is my first time eating in the restaurant. I had met the chef a year ago and learned how he makes his food grows his herbs truly amazing. Will does an awesome job. The bartenders are truly amazing also. Last time we get to talking about wine and they gave me a rosé Pinot noir oh, somebody is upping their game. I had the zucchini with salmon and pureed cauliflower. I have never had zucchini like that in my life. I can’t wait to try and make it.

This restaurant came highly recommended on Google so we booked a reservation for our work trip in Traverse City. This place did not disappoint at all. The interior and exterior decor fit the vibe perfectly. It was a super clean and well organized place. The staff was so friendly when they seated us outside and even gave us sunglasses because the sun was setting and it was quite bright. We were so surprised and delighted that they did this extra little touch for a couple of our teammates. We ordered almost all the appetizers as well as a number of entrées. The Fish, cauliflower steak, and burgers were all extremely flavorful and well cooked. Ned was our waiter. He helped suggest cocktails and wine as well just being attentive to what we needed when we needed it. We didn’t have a good experience the night before at another restaurant in so that made this evening at Artisan even better.

Just perfect! The food, service, and views are top notch. Every single person that works here is so kind. We never felt rushed or like we were too needy. Every single request we made for our food or service was met with a yes we can do that. Their Chef has really done a great job with the menu. I couldn’t choose what to pick. I wanted to try everything. I can’t wait to go back. They have gourmet food and there’s even a delicious sounding burger. I’ll have to come in for lunch next time I’m in Traverse

Amazing views. Sadly after a couple years of visiting Artisan on our first day in TC, this past experience was woeful. Some things have changed and not for the better. Decent wine list, fun cocktail list, execution on the two drinks that I had before wine was not great. After a couple appetizers, that were nicely done, we placed our order. From that moment it took over an hour to receive our meals I had ordered my protein Medium Rare to the Rare side and it came out Well Done. Whole waiting I took a few steps to snap some photos and happened upon an assistant manager, a younger man named Corey I believe. Apparently the GM Alex had the night off. Corey , during our chat had mentioned his desire to make sure all patrons have a great experience. After hearing him say that I asked him to pay a visit to our table and have a chat with my wife. He never made the effort, even after our situation was handled as well as possible by our kid, sweet and very green server.
