This was a great brewery with a ton of indoor seating for the winter months. There’s a mixture of low top, high top, and a lot of bar seating as well. Every beer I had was phenomenal and the food…best we had all trip. Had we been around the area longer, we most likely would have come back for another meal. There’s a large outdoor area that I’m sure is beautiful in the warmer months and we were able to pay for parking across the street at the municipal center. Service was exceptional even with one oh one server and a fairly large crowd. Will be back if we’re ever in town.

Another awesome time at Stable 12. The brisket nachos were amazing. Service was spectacular and you can’t go wrong with any of their beer selections. Cocktails were just as good. One of our fav spots in Pville.

Had t been here I years but I have always liked their beers. Jordan, my bartender, encouraged me to try the red velvet pastry stout. I ended up getting a “Four Horseman” four pack which included “War” the red velvet stout. Just had it after dinner. Amazing.

I planned my sister’s bridal shower here and I can’t say enough how much I loved working with them. They were incredibly responsive and helpful for all the planning. The food as always was 10/10 and they even let us do a signature cocktail for the party. Thank you Jordan and Heather for such a great event! The whole family loved it!

We went in Saturday and got excellent service. We were welcomed right away which was nice. I hate walking in somewhere and feeling awkward/unwelcome but it happens way too often. The same girl who greeted us, took our order, and made our drinks. She made very good cocktails (I forgot her name, sorry! but she had black hair and tattoos). She checked back before anyone had an empty drink and was really sweet. My previous visits here were hit or miss as far as the cocktails so it was a nice surprise. Every single one was good. I was a bartender for years so it’s not often I’m impressed. Our food was really really good. One person in the party mentioned their food had way too much sauce on it, but other than that zero complaints.

Place is going down hill fast
Waited 51 minutes for 2 burgers tonight and it was a slow night.
Wouldn’t leave a review if it was a one off but this has been the new normal here the last few times I’ve stopped in.
Kitchen staff is always tough to hire I’ve been there.. but a monkey could fry up two burgers in less time bro..
Hope they figure it out. Food is always pretty good if you have time to waste.

I visited Stable 12 and was blown away by the food, beer, and atmosphere. I started with the fried pickle chips, which were crispy, hot, and delicious. These hit just the spot on a cold windy winter night. For my main course, I went with the Mac Attack burger and it did not disappoint. The combination of the burger, cheese, and aioli was a flavor explosion in my mouth and the bun did not taste dry like some vegan buns tend to. What really made the meal special was the beer; the brewery has a wide selection of beers to choose from and they all have their unique flavor profiles which all sounded intriguing. Service was quick and friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The bar atmosphere was perfect – cozy and lively, but not so loud that I couldn’t hear myself think. I also appreciated that Stable 12 had plenty of vegan and vegetarian options on the menu. I didn’t realize until later that you could make any of the house-made burgers vegan as well, so I’ll definitely be coming back to try some of the other options. Overall, the food, beer, and atmosphere were all top-notch, and I can’t wait to go back and try more of their menu. I highly recommend this brewery to anyone looking for a great place to grab a drink and a bite to eat.

I was visiting Phoenixville to do a brewery trail and this was an awesome stop! First, just a note, on the weekends the town blocks off a few streets and allows for open container/carry and Stable 12 seems to be right outside of that. So, I almost missed it but kept walking and there it was!! It has a cute outdoor seating area and then a nice inside area! I got a flight and loved every beer I tried! The food looked amazing as well but I didn’t get to try it (I previously ate). I will definitely be coming back to Stable 12! The bartenders were great and told us all about the brewery’s history

We eat here regularly because the food is always good and the service is great. Not yesterday. I ordered a smash burger that came out charred. I told the waitress it was burned and she told me smash burgers are”crispy and people are often taken aback”. She told me “try it and see if you like it, if not I will have them make you a regular hamburger. It will take a while because we have a big party in the back.” I tasted it and true to what I said it was charred. We had already waited for our food over 45 minutes. Since I was not willing to pay for additional parking to “wait awhile”, I pushed it aside and did not eat. She did take $8.00 off the bill but the burger sat with two bites gone on the table. She asked me if I wanted anything else but after being told it would take extra time, and my being told this was a normal cook procedure for a hamburger, I refused. Will not be returning.

Shout out to Nicole! Great vibes and great beer and a tasty looking variety of goodies to eat and drink. We tried everything from festbiers to dunkels to cold IPAs and it all impressed.
