Ordered pizza at 8pm, was given wait time of one hour. Pizza never delivered, but my card was charged. I’ve tried to get a refund through five different numbers for customer service, and can’t get one person on the phone, and the automated service just hangs up on you. Will never try Pizza Hut again.

This place sucks with service. I placed a order tonight around 8:01. They used door dash as the delivery service and it has been 45 mins since. Door dash said it was delivered and it never was. I tried calling the store and they put me in hold three times with no one picking the phone back up. This store service is horrible.

I have tried to come to this location twice and both times the cars from the school blocking the entrances have caused me to go somewhere else. I’m not trying anymore. I can’t believe that the owner of this strip mall doesn’t do something about it. The parents are rude and don’t even bother to leave the entrance/exits open.

We had a wrong order delivered to us by a ride-share driver. After trying to get in contact with the driver, we called Pizza Hut and they suggested we try to call the driver one more time. Luckily, we got in contact with him and he dropped off our correct order. Imagine our surprise when, an hour later, we hear our doorbell ring and it’s someone from Pizza Hut. They hadn’t heard back from us and so, assuming we weren’t able to get our order taken care of, sent an entirely new replacement. The food was tasty but this 5-star is for the service in particular. Thank you for making sure we were covered!

I ordered the new York’s pizza and they didn’t have it but and wanted until the delivery person showed up to tell me. I told them to cancel and then they delivered a random pizza order that I am not paying for. They don’t answer the phone at all or pick up the phone then hang up. Ordered for delivery tonight, I even tipped & wrote delivery instructions. I called when I realized I couldn’t track my order to check if my delivery order was still in the system dude said yes. After over an hour since ordering I called back, I was informed our order was for pickup. Why wouldn’t dude say it was pickup when I told him it was delivery? I was given 2 receipts with 2 different amounts on it. One has the tip on it & the other doesn’t.
