I called to let pizza hut that the pizza is ordered didn’t have enough vegetables, on it and the manager told me that they can only put 3 or less items for the pizza to come out over the over perfect. Anything more then 3 items it is harder for the pizza to cook right. If that’s the case why do that have build your own pizza, or why do they have it you can add toppings one a pizza? It makes no sense to me.

Without question the worst Pizza Hut on the planet now. Was excellent 4-5 years ago. We’ve been regular customers for years but no longer. Wrong orders, delivered late and cold. Useless staff with no customer service skills. Email me, I will share more privately.

The pizza was average and the general manager was pretty cool. Furthermore they charged me 1.50 for parmesan cheese.
Will miss the stuffed crust but won’t be eating pizza hut anymore.

It would have really been nice to have been called or messaged that you don’t carry diet Dr Pepper so the item could have been substituted for something else. even though it is an option online. Had someone called we would have had something to drink with our family dinner. Bummer. If I hadn’t called I don’t even think the $4.44 would have been refunded.

If you want nothing more than to feel invisible then this is the place for you! Your pizza is ready? Don’t expect anyone to even acknowledge your existence until it’s been sitting in the ready warmer for a minimum of 30 minutes. At that point you are finally acknowledged, the entire tiny space is so packed full of people waiting on orders that have been ready for the last hour that you now must wait another 30 minutes to get your pizza you can see waiting for you.
Highly recommend for folks that appreciate feeling like a nobody. I’ll pass.

If I could give zero star I would. I said my order was wrong the employee got an attitude and told me not to come back when ask for it to be made correctly. I have been coming to the same Pizza Hut for 10 years with no problem. Broderick Domingez need to do better training on customer service with his employees. Not happy at all1

Wait times and service suckkk, they had this older lady waiting at least 20-30 min without any help. Now they have 3-5 people waiting for 10-20+ mins without even aknologing us. Stares right at us and went to the back.
