The so called manger let his employees do and say whatever they want. Whether it’s a female or male then comes to the window and curses me out like I was wrong. But first off, the lady didn’t speak English clearly.
He hops on the mic, asks me what I want.I get up there.The lady’s laughing in my face.I ask to speak to a manager she tells me call on the phone very rude. The next day, they shut down the inside to take care of the drive through.

No common sense, just “it’s not my job”. Manager must have overheard the stupidity and immediately corrected the situation. Bruno who was working at the donuts side has much to learn , what a dope. Of course I would go back, it is what it is, but employees need to keep in mind that there are a million d&d around. You may get my good money in bad food, but never twice.

I ask for a doze of donuts but they tell me the they don’t have the 12 donuts so I ask for 1/2 but they didn’t give me the refund. I tell them if anyone can help me and they answer was you can do it in the app they won’t help me out.

This is what you get whenever you ask for a little bit of butter or light on the butter. I have a handful of jeans that are ruined because of this small request that is so unobtainable by any dunkin employee. Sticking to Starbucks, where your jeans stay clean. It’s no stars for me.

This place sucks. I walked in and had to wait 15-20 minutes just for someone to take my order. I guess they only prioritize someone if they do drive through. At least the coffee was good lol. Also not to mention I had to go back in because they didn’t add cold foam.
