Very clean, the waitress was doing her best to make sure we were okay. The breadsticks and cheese sticks were so good. The pizza was really good also. Just wish there wasn’t grease running down our hands while holding a slice. Will most definitely come back!

Ordered delivery. Service was very fast; food was fresh and the pizza was hot. Order made exactly as requested. Our drink was cold and the delivery guy followed delivery instructions perfectly. The negative side is ordering two pizzas and a drink along with a proper tip was really expensive. Then again it seems everything is these days and it had been a while since we last ordered delivery. Wasn’t expecting the overall cost to be so much but overall we were very pleased.

Food tasted great, but when I called in to order the employee read my full card number, expiration date, and CVV out loud back to me. Then they were unable to process the order on that card for some reason, so they repeat all of the information back to me again. We tried twice and my card shows a charge and immediate credit back for each try so I don’t even know what kind of computer problems were happening. Ended up using a different card that also had the information read out loud in full. My main concern is that I don’t know how many people were around to hear all of my credit card information. Like I said tho: food was fire

We are beyond done with Pizza Hut. We could get free pizza, once a month, for a year and it wouldn’t be worth it anymore. Casey’s cheese pizza tastes better on its lesser days, than this PHs does on its best. Papa John’s has way better Philly cheesesteak. Stinks they can’t swap distance to my house.

If you like to pay for Pizza’s that are not worth your money, then this is the spot. Ordered 2 NY pizza’s with extra cheese. Neither had hardly any cheese, one was burnt and both were more crust than edible pizza area. HUGE disappointment.

Leavenworth Pizza Hut is Horrible tried to redeem my store credit and manager refused to honor it because the phone number I used was incorrect. She came out of office screaming at me. Very unprofessional and do not honor store credit and refused to refund the cash money we first paid for the pizza. Burned pizza twice and wanted us to wait until they got the oven fixed. This problem happened on April 25, 2023 and have not once had a decent manager call or email to apologize or refund money back. Shameful and unprofessional. What happened to customer first. I guess corporate can care less about their customers because it is all about money. Shame on you!!! I’m referring to the pizza hut in Leavenworth on 4th St. Not Lansing. Leavenworth Pizza Hut
