The Tabbouleh was also a letdown—visually appealing, but the flavor profile was dominated by onion rather than the vibrant, herbal complexity you’d expect. On the service side, there was a significant lag between my children’s meals and the adults’ entrees. A family meal should be synchronized; eating in shifts isn’t the experience we were looking for.
While the Souvlaki, gyros, and fries were spot on, the service team needs more training in the ‘art of delivery’ and the discernment to handle a disliked dish. I expressed my disappointment with the salad, but it was still charged. Great location and great potential—aim high and don’t let the lack of local competition lead to complacency!
We can’t wait to go back!
They allowed us to sit outside. Service was so friendly and the food was delicious.
We don’t live over this way but will def come back again and recommend it.
The Dolmads were yummy and the steak in our greek salad was substantial. Nice atmosphere for casual to fancy meal woth friends/family.
I was going to order the classic Greek salad, but the owner kindly told us that the salad served with the main dish was already big enough.
We tried the lamb shank and souvlaki he recommended, and honestly, it was one of the top 3 meals we had in Hawaii.
Just a heads-up: they don’t serve alcohol, so bring your own wine or beer!
