I ordered a few items and they left out my wings. I called and politely asked for a refund and was told the manager would call me back. I later called back having never heard anything and was told “she will call you back when the dinner rush is over”. I asked to simply speak with the manager and was told no. At this time my issue still has not been resolved. I would not expect good service or accountability from this restaurant.

Last weekend we went to Pizza Hut for the first time in 8-9 years and we were reminded how they have gone downhill. The menu is on a screen and it changes about every 45 seconds. You can’t read it. They do not have a menu you can hold in your hand and read. Take a picture. The 5 booths were up and the main dinning room had all of the chairs on the tables at 2:05 pm. They had 7 employees and plenty of time to sit down at the front counter.
The wings were tiny and expensive at $14.48 for 6. I asked for extra cheese “on top” and no extra cheese. Service was good, Sallie checked on us. Paper plates and plastic ware, come on.

This pizza hut apparently doesn’t let their dough proof or reach room temperature before cooking it. The result is a greasy, floppy mound of poorly cooked pizza dough in every bite. Very gross.

Don’t go here! Don’t even make it the last place you go! I am a nurse and I only have 30 minutes to leave work to eat. I had already placed the order online and they tried to charge me again even though I had already paid. Everything looks fine in the program, I paid and my order was confirmed. I asked for a receipt and there was no payment request on that receipt, yet he insisted that I pay, so I didn’t and canceled the order. I am sure that I will never go there.!

This was probably the worst pizza hut I’ve ever had. We have been getting our pizza here for about 9 years and it has been awesome every time. But this time was different. One pizza was burnt on half and another was soggy in the center. It also was supposed to only have bacon on half but it was all over. My wife couldn’t eat that even if it wasn’t soggy. The breadsticks were tough and seemed like they were baked twice. All was inedible. It was chaos behind the counter. Many people sitting around waiting for their order and there didn’t seem to be any managerial control. Wasted my time and my $30. Very disappointing.

This is the last time I’m ordering from Pizza Hut. I ordered delivery and they didn’t show up and so when I called to find out where my order was the customer service and the driver lied and said they delivered it and they told me it was undeliverable and that they knocked on the door which is all a lie. If you’re going to order Pizza Hut do carry out I don’t know where my delivery is but I guarantee you I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again. I left Pizza Hut years ago and thought I’d give him a try again and now this nope no way. Now I have to wait up to 72 hours for my refund. Yeah it’s not worth it

Our order took an hour to get while 2 other people wlkeked in and got their orders right away. The lady working yelled that they were busy and didn’t catered if they were giving terrible service because they were too busy. Our pizza was also burned.
