The food is amazing and staff is friendly and so much fun! I celebrated my birthday here. Arigato Cuisine accommodated our ohana of 10. They surprised us with decorating our table with table cloths, a “happy birthday” banner and 2 birthday balloons. It was so sweet. The entire staff sang happy birthday and served us a giant plate of dragon fruit for dessert and gifted me a bag of dried mango. Mahalo Arigato Cuisine!

I had the best scallops with grated wasabi the Mexican roll, which was Uber delicious the fried shrimp. Everything was phenomenal. what an amazing experience this little gem of sushi on lower main. The owner husband and wife and sushi chef went above and beyond. This might be the best sushi I’ve had outside of Japan with the same experience of being in Japan, quaint intimate, personal and delicious high-quality sushi.

almost hate posting this. Seriously. Arigato Sushi is the kind of 5-star spot you want all to yourself. Every time I walk in, it’s low-key, the service is spot-on, and they genuinely appreciate every human being who darkens their doorway. The sushi is divine, but the real star? The owners and staff are so kind. We have been here twice and each experience has been amazing. They recently just opened, but you can tell they really put passion and love into everything they do, a must try. Reasonably priced, defiantly worth every penny. Mahalo we will be back.

We stopped by before our flight home and would definitely revisit. The sushi rolls were beautifully presented and very fresh with balanced flavors. Service was wonderful, attentive and so so friendly. We felt very welcomed. Miso soup and tofu appetizer were complementary and our sushi also came with a lightly vinegretted centerpiece salad which we enjoyed, plus the little ice cream treats at cash out were also a great closer. Thank you for our perfect last meal in Maui!
