Good place to take the kids on a hot summer day. Mix-ins were fresh and the ice cream was delicious. The singing staff was a cute touch, but maybe singing more that about getting a tip would be better. I took my son and we both planned on getting ice cream, but he went first and got large scoop. It was huge, enough for both of us. We will be back!

Honestly… zero words on tonights experience. Your staff of 4 kids, all look HIGH and or/clueless. They need retained and or some confidence. Especially during a rush. I’ve never had 1 bad experience l, but this tops it.
They charged me for 3 ” Love it”. 2 are thr correct size. One is a SMALL.
They didn’t even know what ingredients go into which. The strawberry blonde had TWO strawberries/all graham cracker. The banana Carmel crunch- 0 caramel. Etc.
Ita nasty. I should have just left.
Next time, have an adult working. Or at least 1 competent person. They were clueless….
I would like to talk to the manager, tomorrow. They all need training and customer service skills.

Small but tastes great. Amazing service very bright and cheerful. 10/10 and you get to see them make it right in front of you. I personally didnt like the cone but it’s a matter of taste. I tried the Mint mint chocolate chocolate chip yes two times it was good!!

They have some great signature ice cream selections. Love the new strawberry shortcake in a cone. Chocolate decoration is another personal favorite of mine. They have a bunch of exquisite ice cream flavors like cotton candy, pink lemonade or sweet cream.

My husband and I were on vacation in Wichita this week, we haven’t had Cold Stone in ages (due to a relocation) and were so excited to visit! First of all, it was extremely hard to find as the outside sign was not turned on at 8pm (the giant Cold Stone sign on the building). We got ours to go and brought it home to eat later that night. My husband began eating his peanut butter cookie dough creation and much to our surprise, he turns to me and says, “well, that’s gross…” and pulls out a giant long black hair that was mixed into his ice cream. The girl who made it, did in fact have long black hair (neither of us have black hair so it was pretty obvious who it came from.) He ended up throwing it away since he could not bring himself to continue eating it (huge waste of money.) We took pictures and planned on calling the store the next day, however, after reading the other reviews for this particular location, we just decided it wasn’t even worth it seeing how other incidents had been handled (aka not handled whatsoever). Disgusting. It’s really not that hard to be sanitary while preparing food, please be more mindful. Glad she was wearing a mask to avoid the COVID exposure, so instead we get the human hair in our food.

Understaffed on a Friday night. 30 min line. Only one of the two people working were taking care of customers at a time. People are walking out.

The staff needs to learn how to listen. The man behind the counter got my order wrong and when he asked if I wanted a receipt, I said yes, he crumpled it up . Ice cream was fine.
