I placed my order online and this was completely handled messed up I have ordered from this place with the same information on my website a hundred times I had to call for an hour and a half before I finally got someone to pick up the phone and she instantly snapped on me told me she canceled my order and sent it to door dash because she felt like my Lot number wasn’t included I didn’t get a single phone call or anything. It was so inappropriate to be spoken to like that and this was the manager Jennifer….you need to be fired because she claims she had $1,000 an hour some how was my fault…wow. so now I’m not getting my food and I’m pretty sure she lied about refunding my money guess who doesn’t get to eat tonight because of you…my kids for screaming at me you horrible manager. I can’t believe this company allows you to works there. My husband is a general manager and he would never so I know exactly how his situations like this should be handled and she definitely failed to even try. Don’t worry I plan on calling corporate too

Had a pretty good experience. They’ve stepped up their game a lot. Customer service is pretty nice too. My last reviews mentioned how they were not putting the sauce all the way to the top. I noticed that somebody else said that too. They must have stepped up their game since then because I didn’t notice that the last time. This is why I changed my review.

Ordered a large hand tossed. The large pizza isn’t as large as they used to be. With that being said, the sauce was 1 1/2inches from the edge and the toppings were 2inches from the edge. Total of 4inches of pizza without toppings. Paid for extra cheese and couldn’t tell it was added. Overall I don’t think I received a $24.00 value that I paid for. I will order from Casey’s next time or drive to Jeff City.
