Was in the drive through asking for my order, gentleman on the speaker had me repeat myself five times. When driving towards the window happen to see him hand my bag to the car in front of me , woman noticed it wasn’t what she asked for. Then handed her the right bag. Then I pull up hands me the same bag, forgot what of the items that was supposed to be in there. Arrive home, instead of me having my two plain bagels toasted w/ extra cream cheese he had sliced cheese on in it. Again repeated myself five times on the speaker. This is unacceptable!

Coming to this dunkin is literally the worst part of my day every time I come. Management needs to fire whoever has been burning all of their food from croissants to sourdough to bagels to english muffins. It started when they hired that Jersey girl months ago and now the guy with the Miata does it too, I’m just sick of it. This should be unacceptable.
Unless there’s some Dunkin food-charring policy I’m not aware of, don’t come here, you will break your jaw on anything you can eat.

I have been attempting to contact the Middletown Dunkin’ via phone as I believe I left a personal belonging there on 10/18, and there is hasn’t been any answer. I stopped by on my way home from a weekend away, and I live 2 hrs away, so I can’t just swing by and see if someone found it. There is essentially no information available about how to get in touch, and while the service I had there was fine, and the egg sandwich was really the best one I’ve ever had from a Dunkin , but how is one supposed to communicate if needed? The AI bot is useless.

I come here often these days and everytime I order an iced coffee your cashier makes it how I like it every single time without even telling them. I don’t know his name and it’s not on the receipt but he has dyed blond curly like hair, he’s amazing and gave me great customer service I’ll always come here!!

New Dunkin’ in Westown section of Middletown, well worth a visit. Restaurant was exceptionally clean. Great service. Be back for return visit.
Area for Improvement:
During subsequent visit Men’s room was no bueno, surprising for a Dunkin’. Cleanliness is usually a given at a Dunkin’. Still I give them a 5.

UPDATE: JUST WHEN I THINK THEY ARE GETTING BETTER. I ORDERED 50 MUCHKINS 3 ASSORTMENT FLAVORS. THIS IS WHAT I GOT. 5 POWDERED OUT OF 50. The math isn’t mathin on this ratio. I called they were not out and I was told they had plenty. So why do this? Like why?
Kids love munchkins but they will have to play hunger games in the backyard for the 5 powdered donuts! Like I’m done! Last time!!!
I now understand my kids when they say , BRUH. It took 1 hr. 20. Min from the time I ordered on the mobile app to when I got all my items. Still weren’t right. I gave up.

Service is awful. Pulled up to the drive thru and the person didn’t greet me just asked what can I get for you. After I gave my order proceeded to the window and the customer in front of me had a dog. The cashier pets the dog twice talks to the customer and proceeds with the next order.Thats nasty and unsanitary. I think I am done with Dunkin.
