At this point, there is alot of improvement needed. It appears to be mostly staffing issues.
+19 minutes from walking in the door and sitting at a table until first staff member came to ask if we wanted a menu. We didnt let him walk away and went ahead and turned in our order.
(We pulled up the menu online while we waited)
+14 minutes, they brought us 2 waters, not the beers we ordered (4 in party, 2 kids)
+8 minutes, brought our beers
+2 minutes, brought kids drinks
+8 minutes, manager came by and asked if everything is good. I explained the situation. She was shocked and explained why there is a staffing shortage (3 people called in sick) at this point I feel comfortable that she will make everything right by us.
Then she asked if we were ready to order. (Ordered 18 minutes ago) both of our heads sank into our hands. She said she was going to go get our food.
We are now 1 hour and 30 minutes in…. 28 minutes since last talk with manager. Walking out, left a $20 on the table to the 2 beers we got. As you can see, they are not busy for noon on a Saturday.
We came in to watch the Vegas F1 Quali and were given a great spot upstairs. The staff even turned on the race audio in our section so we could hear the announcers, which we really appreciated. The team here is extremely accommodating.
Unfortunately, we only got to enjoy the broadcast for about ten minutes before the “DJ” cranked up the house music so loud that we couldn’t hear the race—or each other. Big disappointment, especially since the staff had gone out of their way to help us watch it. I’m not sure if having a “DJ” (Pillsbury Dough boy with Spotify and a shuffle button) is the usual setup or if it was just because it was later in the evening, but it definitely clashed with the sports-bar vibe at that moment while trying to watch the race.
Other than the wedding DJ, it’s a fun spot, and we’d come back—
Service is top tier, staff are very friendly and approachable. Would definitely recommend as a regular spot!
P.S: Try the Devilicious eggs as well as wagyu burger
Food & Drinks: The menu has a good variety of pub favorites—wings, flatbreads, and burgers—and the drinks are tasty with plenty of options at the bar.
Atmosphere: The big screens really deliver, and even when it’s busy you can usually find a spot where you can actually see your game.
Service: My server was friendly and helpful, which made the experience more enjoyable. Like any popular spot, things can get a little slow when it’s packed, but overall the staff was attentive and welcoming.
Good for: Game days, casual nights out, and groups—especially sports fans looking for a lively environment.
Would definitely come back, especially for football Sundays and big matchups!
