This, Pizza Hut is terrible. I order food for my kids. I walked in. I noticed that there was no workers inside of the place they were sitting outside in a car, smoking cigarettes came back in start taking orders, cutting pizza, making new pizza and never wash their hands. Hand washing’s is very important even if you’re wearing gloves, but they kill a part of it all they were not wearing gloves at all.

Terrible customer service, I had to wait 30 minutes for an online pickup order that I had scheduled and it was already confirmed ready. They wouldn’t release my pizza because they were having trouble with their computer system and took somebody off the pizza line just to try to make them come up and fix the computer system when legitimately my food was ready and paid for already. The cold pizza was the final straw.

The counter guy had a attitude. The service was unfriendly. They messed up the order and had to cook the pizza twice. Got there at 715 left at 820. Pizza was dry and chicken wasn’t that good. Will not be going back to that particular store again. The Pepsi was free for the wait.

I will never order from this Pizza Hut again. I got to the store sent the txt to them and still had to wait almost an hour. Called the store and was told to hold on. My food sat in the warmer for God knows how long and was cold when it was finally brought out. And then to be lied to that it only sat there for 5 min.
