I had the most disappointing experience at this location. I ordered from the app for delivery. I’m constantly looking at the app to see if it’s been delivered, don’t see nothing stating that it has, right then I call the location. It’s been an Hour at this point. They tell me that they NEVER received my order and that they cant refund me because they didn’t received it. But my card has been charged… so where did my money go?? The night manager has no answers to any of my questions. Frustrating for me. I end the call. Then 5 mins later I get a call from him saying that my order has been outside this whole time…. I didn’t get an email saying that it’s at my house or a SIMPLE phone call from the delivery driver saying hey pizzas here. NOTHING. Supposedly the driver ringed my door bell once but he or she didn’t bc I was by my door that whole time. Now I can only get $40 of credit for a $94 order. Thanks for the horrible experience Pizza Hut on mannheim!

I ordered a large cheese pizza and they literally REUSED old slices to make a “whole” new pizza!!!!! You can tell because it does not look like an even circle. Some slices stick out more than others. The slices are not even. Completely shocked and disappointed..

This has been the worst location I’ve been to. First, I ordered a while ago when I ordered 2 different melts and I got 2 of the same one instead. Now today, I ordered again for curbside pickup, the app said it was ready, waited 5 minutes and went in since they weren’t coming out. The pizza was in the warmer and the employees were just standing around. Truly disappointing.

I understand its kick off night but still. Have some respect towards your customers!!! I was just watching them for 20 minutes waiting for my PREPAID ORDER. My pizza was in the bottom of the pans. Standing there cooking off. I checked my pizza before leaving. Lukewarm. The cashier asked me “what are you waiting for?” Are you kidding me?!?!? I showed her my receipt and that’s how they noticed my pizza was there. This was the second chance I gave them and it will be the last. I’ll be going to Dominos or Little Ceasers. At least they care enough.

Just terrible. Found a hair on my pizza and the one for my kids was burnt beyond an acceptable level. They took one bite and refused to eat it. First time and last time coming to this location. As a long time Pizza Hut customer the lack of care and quality for this order is unacceptable.

I ordered online, a medium pizza and breadsticks, nothing over the top. online said my order would be done at 6:00 – 6:10. I waited for 35-45 minutes inside when the screen shows my order has been done…I asked what’s taking so long, and they kept telling me to be patient… After waiting for so long, I feel like I had ever right to same something to the rude workers.
