Ordered a pizza and wings at 1030 in the app. They close at 11. I was right across the street. The order processed to the point where it said it was being cooked. I stayed up until midnight thinking they might just be running behind. No pizza ever came and no phone call explaining why. I called the store the next day and no one answered so I went in. I explained it to the manager and somehow she says I don’t appreciate you coming in here lying to me. Like what. I ordered a pizza in your app from your store it’s always charged me. Now I’m supposed to know whether it charged me or not. Calling someone a liar is a massive insult. I make enough money I promise you I’m not gonna rip off Pizza Hut for $20. I even asked here just make the pizza then if you won’t refund me. She isn’t going to do anything. Terrible customer service calling a customer a liar within 5 minutes of having an issue. I was really cool up to that point but then I had to leave.

I ordered through DoorDash and had this weird delivery man who works at Pizza Hut Chad is the name of the man. Every time he delivers he is very creepy and this time told me I didn’t pay when in fact I paid through Door dash and gave me a completely different amount. There for he was trying to pocket extra money. I’ve tried calling the store 6 times to speak to a manager and not one person answers and then the phone hangs up on me. This is obviously an issue and Pizza Hut should know, if they answered their phones they’d know about this problem. Not impressed with the location nor the delivery man.

I had a great experience. Called to order a New Yorker pizza for pickup, and my order was correct and on time. When I arrived, two young men were very helpful when I had a special request for an extra box to my order so I could share with a friend as well as extra banana peppers.

Last week I ordered a pizza box through the call center and it was a horrible experience. My pizza was uncooked and the cheese hadn’t been melted. I spent 2 days trying to get ahold of the manager here in Williston. The call center employees kept trying to send me to the Corporate office to get help. I kept getting hung up on. No one answered the phone at the local store.

My pizza literally came 45 minutes after it said it was out for delivery. On top of that the way the pizza was cut it looked like a blind person cut it. AND IT WAS COLD! I called and asked for a manager and the lady manager literally told me the pizza is fine and “I’m sorry you aren’t satisfied with oth the way we cut the pizza it happens all the time all I can do it direct you to a different pizza establishment.” She also told me that I was lying about the pizza being cold and that she’s taking the word of her driver who didn’t even offer me my change back after I paid at the door he just walked off. I asked her if she felt comfortable sending something like this out of her restaurant because as a fellow manager right across the road at QDOBA I would NEVER send something out that low of quality, late, and cut the way it was. She simply said “I absolutely would send it out just like that again” and asked me if I needed anything else I told her no and have a nice day. I definitely WILL NOT be ordering from there again.

Ordered for wings and blue cheese dip as takeaway. When I got home, I discovered there was no blue cheese in the bag. This is the second time in as much a two visits to this place. You may want to check your bag when you pick up here. You can’t trust the service.
