9/26/25 Pizza hit pizza food is fine. It’s the service that is bad. They over charge for extra marinara and only fill the cup half way. Thats literally 2 dips of marinara. The online deal said 10 cheese sticks for $7. I got 5 cheese sticks. When I called the store I was told “it’s not supposed to say that.” So I was overcharged for 5 cheese sticks, overpaid for the half cup of marinara sauce. I was told “there’s nothing we can do about it and my manager is too busy” look how small those marinara cups are.

Went to Pizza Hut tonight and waited over an hour for 2 medium pizzas. I understand they were probably very busy doing delivery orders, but there was only my family and two others dining in and we all had to wait forever for our food. I also noticed that all the employees making the pizzas were not wearing any gloves and just using their bare hands on everything. Will not be coming back here ever again.

(Delivery) They didn’t give us one of our pizzas, bread sticks, or any of our sauces. Tried to call the store multiple times and they never answered (sometimes it seemed as if they denied the call). Even tried to speak with whoever takes the orders, just to see if we’d get anywhere. We didn’t and she was rude. My biggest issue is that no one would answer the phone. All I wanted was my missing stuff delivered or a partial refund. Simple solutions!

Do yourself a favor and DONT order from this location. I never thought I’d have to leave a review let alone a bad one for a Pizza Hut but here we are. The customer service is the worst I’ve seen of ANY establishment. Not worth the gamble.

Pizza and wings were delicious. However, we did not care for the blonde worker inside. Extremely rude to her coworkers and was snappy at customers when asking for a pizza box. If thats how you are, you dont deserve a job in customer service ma’am. The pizza boys were working hard on the orders and she kept snapping at them for the most randomest things.
