Driver was dishonest when my food was delivered. He stated the wings were knocked over. When I opened up the bag, the container was completely crushed and cracked. Careful when getting food delivered. Called the store, and the manager did offer to give me a credit that I would have to call in to use ( can’t be used on the app for another location) or to remake my wings. After a long day of traveling, I just took jt as a loss on my end and will not be using this pizza hut again for delivery when I travel to this area.
Update went to eat my pizza, and it has 0 sauce when it was supposed to have sauce on it. I can now see when this Pizza Hut has a 3.3 google rating and why none of the comments have responses to them by the management. Complete trash.

I didn’t come here for many years because for a while the pizza used to be overly greasy. That’s not the case anymore. I’ve been going to Domino’s for all those years but sometimes their pizza smells like Windex for some reason. So I came here and wow, I really forgot how good it was. Add some extra marinara, which really varies depending on who makes your pie, and it’s hands down one tasty pizza. I miss the days when you could dine in with friends, family and play arcade with the kids. And the old salad bar. But I’m just glad this place is still open. The staff are great too

Got done working a 12 hour day on a cell tower nearby, came in about 9pm to order and saw they were very busy, so I decided to order online as to not bother them. Food came fast, wings were crisp, and melt was awesome. Both employees were very nice also. Thanks for the great experience!

We love pizza hut at my home! The employees had mess up our order but I was understanding and waited an additional 10 min. They loaded our pizza and gave us a $5 credit for a future order. They were great! I understand mess ups happen!

Do not order online from this Pizza Hut location. If your order doesn’t arrive, they won’t help you. They’ll make you call DoorDash and figure it out yourself, even if you ordered directly from the Pizza Hut website. The person on the phone claimed they were too busy and understaffed to figure out what happened. I paid but got no food – essentially robbed. Avoid this place.

Ordered a pizza and waited an hour. Called the store and they had told us it was delivered. We told them it was not and that is why we were calling. We told then we would like a refund for our order and she kept telling us that they can’t do that. We said well we would really love a refund for the food we didn’t get and she proceeded to tell us that they can’t and that they will have to call us back tomorrow and then started to raise her voice and then hung up on us. This lady did not give a name when answering the phone but i will never bring my business there again if i want to be out of money and no food and we also called corporate to get our refund. I will also be reporting this to my bank as fraud.

Literal case of “the if I could give zero stars I would.” They where completely unprofessional and rude. The tracker stated pizza was ready for pick up, and the only order on the board and had to wait well after to get the order. The store is run down and no bathrooms, as well as poor quality food. Don’t bother coming here I’d go else where.

Ordered a stuffed crust with wings and bread sticks at 10:41 pm. Waited and called around 11:30 and was told my pizza should be there in a few minutes and was late due to having one driver at the time. Called again at 1AM and had to be issued a refund because apparently my pizza was “delivered” but nobody bothered to contact me whatsoever and nobody knocked on our door. I never received my pizza and will not be ordering from this location ever again and would not recommend. Very disappointed.

Pizza hut has gone down in recent years but the owner is really working hard to turn this location around! Kind Staff! Excellent Pizza, ready on time. Most of the negative reviews are about doordash deliveries… those are bad reviews about door dash not this place itself. There was a sticker on my pizza box that said the pizza was checked for quality assurance and to call if anything was wrong.. I don’t get that at other places so Good Job pizza hut!.. and also lets be honest no place has better stuffed crust- Facts!
