I travel with work. I go to Starbucks every single day. It’s one of my pleasures in life. I order the exact same drink each time and have for years. Yesterday I had the worst service I’ve ever had at any Starbucks. Stephanie, who has waited on us before and is pretty consistently rude. Makes my drink, it was incorrect. My drink is four shots with an inch of steamed sweet cream. It came out and was incorrect, she didn’t steam to cream and it was very small. I asked if the drink could be made correctly. The next time she gave me 8 shots. I kept asking why I couldn’t have what I ordered. The young girl that was training told me they tried to make it correct the first time, so now this is what I get. I kept asking why I couldn’t just have what I ordered. I left. The drink tasted terrible so I threw it away. Stephanie is very unfriendly, slow and seems to have a chip on her shoulder. The trainee didn’t even know how to take an order, which is understandable but her braisen rudeness is not.

The lady making the drink was very rude and forgot to add caramel sauce to my drink I told her about it and she instantly looks at the cup and says did you tell the cashier I said yes and she rudely add caramel only to the top of my drink. Definitely won’t be back to this Starbucks

Love the coffee, of course, but I am writing this review because of Terry, the barista who showed an impressive level of customer service on my visit today. She was incredibly kind, and friendly, and I was shocked to see customer after customer speak to her like she was a long-time trusted friend. She even got the spelling of my name right…that never happens! The coffee and food was perfect and I’m super grateful for Terry’s energy and enthusiasm! It’s obvious she loves her job!

The lady had no idea what she was doing and when she saw the line she shook her head with an attitude and said “go figure”. I will never visit there again. Someone should really show her how to make drinks.
