Just want to say that the honey BBQ wings with individual cheese pizza is delicious. Always is , my favorite place for pizza ,,wing bites. Live in Wake Village so handy as well. 2 1/2 hours from start to finish. 1 wrong pizza. Both cold. 10 of the 28 minutes on hold was driving to the store 18 standing there listening to their phone ring. Nobody could be bothered. Got my $20 back and went to Little Caesars.

Made an online order. Ordered the lg 3 topping deal and a two liter Pepsi. I got neither. I got a large pep only and no drink and delivered through doordash. I got the store THREE times and got hung up on EVERY time. Not one employee cared or listened to me. Just said okay or hold and disconnected the call. I just want a full refund at this point. Horrible customer service for sure.

I ordered a large pizza and waited at least two hours! Waiting for it to come, not to mention I called and they never called back. I am very disappointed with the delivery workers, and workers in general. On top of waiting for so long, I never received my pizza, even after they told me it was delivered.

Ordered delux pizza with extra cheese. Pizza had 1 or 2 pieces of sausage per slice no peparoni and a few extra thin, dried out green peppers on top. Definately no extra cheese. Mainly just crust with sauce. Also was told 20 mins for pick up. When i got there i paid for it and was told to wait a few mins later. Well after another 20 min wait i went back to cashier and asked about my pizza , she pulled it out of a hot server bag so it had been there the whole x. Very disappointed, will not be back

I’ve been to this Pizza Hut many times. They are relatively consistent in their service, quality of food, and overall business to their customers. I don’t recall them ever being extremely late on getting my order to me. It is almost right on with the estimated time of completion.
Yesterday night they accidentally gave me the wrong pizza. However, the pizza tasted great – it just wasn’t what I ordered. For what the pizza was made for – the taste was on point, there weren’t too many toppings, it was hot, it was great – but it wasnt what I ordered. And as a health guy, it far exceeded the caloric count per slice I was looking for. Lol but it was delicious! Simple mistake.
Overall – great place, super consistent, friendly people. But no one is perfect. On any other day, Id give them 5 stars. The same would be true if I received the right pizza. But of course we are more motivated to fill out surveys and reviews when things don’t go right. I’ve at least tried to be honest ab my past experiences with them as well. If you’re on the fence about choosing them, I’d go ahead and commit.

Went last Friday night ordered a pan pizza with bacon cheese sticks after a hour our order was ready picked it up and went for a outing with My wife when opening the order there was minimum bacon and cheese on the bread sticks mostly bread our pizza was supposed to be meat lovers large pan but instead it was mostly cheese with 4 tiny sausages no bacon no pepperoni then om top of all that there was hair on our pizza not just one but several tried calling store for hour no answer called call center to get resolution all I got was a email stating store credit I’m sorry but at this point not going back because every pizza hut we have used has been a awful experience so please use caution or better yet stay away let this failing company completely tank themselves

Rainy night so I ordered pizza and wings online. Food came quicker than I expected and everything was hot, fresh and tasted great. They even put my black olives on the left side. My only criticism is that I always asks for my pizza to be baked “well done” and they never do it. Other than that it was great.
