Whould be 0 stars if i could. I Ordered online paid will cash, pizza was under cooked & the pasta was over cooked an hard. Me an my sister Got food poison the next morning an couldnt go to work. Had to re-bake the next day an after that i wad fine. I work for a pizza place an this is trash. I will NOT order from this location anymore. Cook ur food right or get shut down. Call 2x ( 1st time i was on hold an got hung up on ) to let them know what happened an got a rude respons. Train ur employees better.

Waited outside on a contactless delivery for 10 minutes, didn’t see a single employee up in the front of the store until other customers walked inside and proceeded to stand there with no service for another 5 minutes. I then decided to go inside because I didn’t want to wait another 15 minutes for my food. After picking up my food they not only didn’t have the 2 liter I wanted, they didn’t cut the breadsticks at all, and there is zero sauce on the pizza. They put it in side cups. Absolutely terrible customer service. Will not order from this location again.

I ordered from Pizza Hut on Friday. They missed part of my order. It took an hour to get the rest of my order. I know mistakes happen and it was Friday. I ordered boneless wings and fries to go with the wings. I wasn’t expecting the fries to be good, but the fries were better than the McDonald’s or Burger King’s.

Went to pizza hut on central entrance tonight. And ordered 2 double orders of breadsticks and they made a mistake and thought it was 1. I was sitting there talking to the older gentleman saying I wish they still had the meaty meat sauce spaghetti ( was told they didn’t have it amymore awhile back) he said we do have it, and since we made a mistake I’ll make it for you no charge! So that was nice. However, a younger man came in from outside from I’m guessing smoking or something and didn’t wash his hands before apply meat onto a pizza with another man, both wernt wearing gloves, anytime they handle food they should wear gloves, specially after a break of any sort. So glad that wasn’t my pizza. So need a discussion on sanitation! The older man working however was very nice!

My cousin ordered a party box with a sausage pizza and a pepperoni pizza and it was raw! Unfortunately by the time we got home, they had closed. So, I just called today and whomever answered was rude and declined my offer of returning the pizza so they could see how bad it is. She told me no and that my cousin who placed the order would have to call. I have all of the order info because it was for all of us. When I tried calling back they would answer and hang up immediately. Anyways, I would give it zero stars. I wish I knew her name. I’m definitely going to reach out to management to get the money back for food I can’t even eat. We definitely won’t be ordering from this Pizza Hut location

I called to get this order replaced just to be gas lit and hung up on by some young narcissist running the phone thinking he’s god. I wasn’t rude in anyway, he deliberately took my words out of context to validate his self delusion that hang up on a customer with a defective order who is being polite is okay. Tried to call back to talk to a manager and instead he picked up and hung up followed by just putting me on hold.
