If I could rate 0 stars I would. My mom and I wanted 1 heart shaped pizza and some garlic cheese sticks a couple nights ago and we set our order pickup time for 7:15. We got there early and I went inside to wait for it, gave the name, and was told that it might be “a little bit”. I continued to sit in this
Pizza Hut for OVER. AN. HOUR…all the while doordashers were coming in for their pickups and were there for maybe 15 minutes. But that’s not even the worst part.
My name was finally called at roughly 8:15, and I went up to the counter and was brought 1 small box. We then proceeded to be told that they ran out of heart shaped pizzas so they went ahead and took it off the charge and just gave us the bread sticks. We were furious. We waited this whole time with no notification that our order was changed, all while being less than prioritized in comparison to the door dashers.
Is it too much to ask for some simple courtesy that our pizza was unavailable? C’mon Pizza Hut, you used to be better than this.

Fantastic costumer service! It started not so great, I had placed a pretty big delivery order and when it arrived (via DoorDash NOT Pizza Hut themselves) I had only received one pizza instead of the massive order I placed. I went straight to the store and the employees and general manager made it right IMMEDIATELY. They started making me a new order on the spot and refunded me as well. 10/10 service I will always return here. but beware of DoorDash seriously.

UPDATE 4/25/2024: I gave them another chance and have since ordered even more. They have been doing a phenomenal job! The pizza and wings have been spot on every time. SUPER fast and friendly service. I am so impressed at how much better it is!! Will keep ordering!!
Waited 30mins longer than we were supposed to for pizza without cheese.. or sauce? And burnt breadsticks. I have this location another chance after the last time we ordered and I absolutely will not be ordering again.. papa John’s is across the parking lot and does a much nicer job.

There was an older gentleman that was putting together delivery orders. A girl working came from the bathroom, washed her hands and went to the back. The guy, who I assume is the manager, scolded her loudly enough so I could hear it up front. He was rude telling the girl that she needs to communicate when going to the bathroom. I understand that communication is key but there is no reason to scold her in the manner that he did. Shame on him. I will not order from this location again

Sent us the completely wrong pizza. Best they can do for me is credit my account so that I get a free pizza next time I order. Not even giving me my actual money back. Like I’m gonna order from this place again. Their job isn’t that hard they follow the instructions on the screen. Order a Hawaiian pizza with marinara ham, bacon pineapple and got a pizza with barbecue sauce, pepperoni and pineapple 40 minute drive one way to this place not gonna waste another hour and a half for them to screw up again.

Really God awful food, burnt to a husk and not even cut. Save your money and buy something edible.
Also annoyed they bait and switch to a delivery through Doordarshan but don’t actually give the driver the tips so unless you’re a total jerk you have to tip twice.

It was our anniversary weekend getaway and we needed a quick stop to eat, despite being short staffed and overly busy, the two guys working gave us such great customer service. 10/10 would recommend.

Whould be 0 stars if i could. I Ordered online paid will cash, pizza was under cooked & the pasta was over cooked an hard. Me an my sister Got food poison the next morning an couldnt go to work. Had to re-bake the next day an after that i wad fine. I work for a pizza place an this is trash. I will NOT order from this location anymore. Cook ur food right or get shut down. Call 2x ( 1st time i was on hold an got hung up on ) to let them know what happened an got a rude respons. Train ur employees better.
