DO NOT ORDER THE BIG NEW YORKER!! I ordered the big new yorker with extra cheese, but what i received was a very cold pizza that looks like its been sitting outside for a couple days. the outer crust was burnt, some pieces wouldnt even break apart it was so crispy. less cheese and pepperoni than a normal hand tossed large!! the manager could not find my order, i gave him my address and phone number. so, all that money i spent (plus ten dollar tip for delivery driver) down the drain

Tried to place an order online for the St. Michael location. It wouldn’t accept any card or the pay in store option. It was saying order not completed. So, I called to place the order over the phone and the boy/person on the phone was just mockingly laughing at everything I said. So, I did not order. I just hung up. The last time we ordered there, there was about 3-4 inches of crust on the whole outer circumference of the pizza because they skimped out on the sauce and other toppings. So I’m not sure why I was giving them a other chance anyways. Don’t recommend. Too bad because they used to be good.

Ordered here 2x now both times took Hours!!! Ordered tonight at 515 it’s 7:18. Called to ask about it hung up on 3x. Finally got a person and they let me know hated there job and the owner was terrible person. Trying to get my money back at this point. So disappointed will never go there again. We will stick with Andy’s.

Don’t know what happened .Got a Philly steak melt 2 weeks ago. Was Great. Ordered a pepperoni Melt Today and barely editable. It was either sitting from a pervious order or was a re-heat. No way was it fresh made. I arrived 13 minutes after ordering and it was sitting there ready. Tough, dry really SAD.

Recently went to the pizza hut in st michael. Always been a fan of this chain, but I was leary to try this specific one with seeing all the negative reviews. Turns out it has a NEW general manager. I was a walk in & had immediate & friendly service! I highly recommend giving this pizza hut a chance if you’ve had a not so great experience in the past. Thank you Kyle for the great service!!

Some nights they won’t answer the phone. Which is a real issue when they’ve forgotten things, or the order is wrong… which is frequently. They are currently with out a store manager. So the regional manager in filling in. She doesn’t do refunds even when they sent out cardboard and wrong/missing food. I got a hold of her (after leaving THREE messages which she claims she didn’t get). She offered me a $25 credit on a $70 order. She repeated multiple times “well what do you want me to do” and said she would send me pizza now, even after me telling her my family isn’t home, it’s 2pm. Rude and unhelpful.
