Overall, I haven’t had Pizza Hut in years, but the pizza is more on the mediocre-ish side from my opinion. Noticeably more greasy than the competition, but the customer service was friendly at the counter when I picked up our order. I did also order the lasagna, which was actually good. I actually enjoyed the lasagna more than I did the pizza.

Walked in to order and it surprisingly wasn’t busy. Ordered boneless wings, a personal pan for the kiddo and some Quepapas. Service was great, only a ten minute wait. Jesse was very polite and friendly. The only pitfall was sticky wing sauce got all over as the container wasn’t fully sealed but overall the food was fresh.

I stopped in by myself with my kiddos to use their free personal pizza coupons from the library. Robert helped us order, checkout and made our food. He was kind to me and my children the entire time and patient as we ordered. Robert went above and beyond to take care of us this evening. Thank you!!!

The most horrible thin crust pizza we have ever had! Toppings were ok, ate some toppings & threw the crust in the garbage. Called Pizza Hut but they hung up twice on us. Never again. Horrible customer service!

Bad experience with food, but the services was on par. Thought it was just a bad day, with many orders piled up. I was wrong. Ordered stuffed crust pepperoni and omg this was the worst pizza I had at this location. Tried the other location in town 2 weeks later to test my theary, and same thing. Crust was 1/2 burnt/under cooked. The undercarriage was horrible it looked like polkadots witch means crust wasn’t cooked right. The stuffed crust smelled like old cheese. The only thing half way decent was the pepperoni and the cheese on top. Anyways service was on par. Was greeted with politeness and curtisy.

I got chicken alfredo pasta and breadsticks with stuffed crust pizza. Pasta had no taste, breadsticks weren’t cut and came straight from the pan. Pizza was cold. Will not order again

I placed an order at 4:42 pm on 7/8 and never received it. It is now 6:35pm on 7/8. According to Pizza Hut my order was delivered. It was not. I have called 6 times. I was hung up on 3 times right when the phone was answered and put on hold 3 times. Since all calls are recorded, this can be verified. I was not rude nor was I yelling. Again this can be verified since all calls are recorded. I just wanted to know where my food was. Since I have not been able to get in contact with the store, I will be going to my bank on Monday morning and requesting a charge back. I am able to prove I have not received my order. I think having a call center for pizza delivery is not working out well for pizza hut. This situation could have been resolved very quickly if I could have just gotten in contact with the store. I understand people make mistakes. We are human. However we are passed that now. EDIT: I was able to finally get in contact with the store at 7pm and they are giving me a refund and a credit. It took 7 phone calls. The GM was very nice. Thank you. However the call center is the big problem.

This was the worst experience we have had. The pizza arrived raw! That is gross! Then we tried calling 3x and was transferred and hung up on!!! Finally my husband took the pizza to the store and the lady was rude. He asked for new and she was like NO and threw the pizza under the counter!!!

I would like to add I talked with and awesome gentleman today and he is going to make the situation right. I am reminding myself that it’s not the locations fault because of this bad apple.
