Great place to grab some excellent food.
Robust servings and the charro beans are wonderful.
Today the beef fajitas were delicious.

WOW! How long has this gem been here? I have been driving past this interstate 55 turn-off, between Memphis and Blytheville, Arkansas, for many years without stopping. Then, in October of 2025, I exited thinking I would get a burger at McDonalds, but decided to try this place instead. It was a Tuesday, and they had discounted the tacos, so I ordered a crispy beef Taco, and Chile Relleno. But 1st, I was unexpectedly served a complimentary bowl of Charro beans, which was nothing less than incredible. The chips and salsa were quite good as well. My TOTAL bill was a whopping $6.04. I revisited a week later (again on a Tuesday), and ordered nearly the exact same, and the bill was about $7. It is only fair to tip a 100% or so, with tabs so low, IMO. I only wish this wonderful little restaurant was near to me in my home state of California!

My tostada was tasteless, absolutely tasteless. There was a piece of parsley that was rotted sitting right on top. You can see it on the sour cream in the photo. The horchata had zero cinnamon in it. It tastes like watered down something, I don’t know. The fried ice cream was not fried. It was a fried tortilla bowl with ice cream in it. They sprinkled some sweet crunchy things on it and drizzled chocolate and strawberry sauces over it. That was good but it was not fried. The cashier (I ordered to go) was nice. I would not recommend this place at all

Convenience is what mainly brings me to this place as there’s not much choice for miles. Had the asada plate: not the ideal steak for those with weak jaw or teeth, but I was ok with it, I do wish it was tastier. The beans had great texture, but had a bit of a sour after taste. The rice, tortillas, and veggies were good. 3 for the food and 5 for the service and clean atmosphere.
2nd time here: had the chicken soup. Lacked salt, but that was easily fixed. Crumbled some tortilla chips over it, added the dipping sauce, and it did the trick.

Traveling from STL and this was Super convenient since it’s walking distance to from hotel. First thing I noticed was it was super clean, social distancing was definitely enforced and everyone seemed pretty happy to work there. We were greeted by all the workers in sync, it was pretty cool actually. We were seated in a specified area for those wanting to indulge in an alcoholic beverage, which again was awesome! We were given a menu and offered chips and salsa with an option to add cheese sauce. We ordered their Rainbow Margarita for starters, which by the way was strong af and delicious . Hubby ordered the Steak Mexican but added grilled shrimp and cheese sauce on top-i ordered the shrimp chimichanga….soo the food comes and it looks delicious! My hubby is straight bashin’, but he hates when he orders steak and they don’t ask how he likes it cooked! The first bite of chimichanga was tasty, second was But the third I decided to dip in the sour cream garnished on my plate w/guacamole, beans and lettuce. Let me tell you guys, this s$#% had to be spoiled!!! I nearly threw up in my mouth, seriously-i spit it all out and smashed the rest of my margarita as well as the shrimp inside my burrito. Check the expiration dates bruh, you guys really messed me up with this one

Muy bueno! While many mexican restaurants seem to have the same food just listed as different meals, there really is a difference to every entre. Wait staff is very attentive, service is quick, prices are very reasonable. They keep our drinks refilled without having to flag them down and you just can’t beat that handmade quacamole!! Highly recommend! Another many delicious meals!!!

Great food. Friendly and fast service. The guava and mango waters were freshly made with natural ingredients.
Plenty of truck parking at Shell gas station across the street.

Some of the best Mexican food I’ve had. Grew up in Texas and eaten at dozens over the years. Service was great and food came out crazy fast. Even the salsa was outstanding, tho it could have been spicier. Will make a point to stop by again next time I’m in the area.
Side note, the hotel next door was really nice for the price aside from the slow wifi.
