The pan pizza crust was good, however the sausage and pepperoni had no flavor to it. This is the third time of going to Pizza Hut that it was just ok, nowhere near as great as it used to be. I guess that I will be going to a local pub from now on that is better. It will be a long time before I go back to Piza Hut.

Ordered large pizza and breadsticks. There is barely a hint of sauce on the pizza and it is very dry. One piece and the rest is going in the garbage. Breadsticks had seasoning only on half of them and it’s not good. Not like it used to be. Two pieces and the rest in the garbage. Drove from Elkhorn to pick up and will not be back.

Literally 0 accountability for wrong order and cold food delivery. Arrived 2 hours after order. Even went to corporate and they were just as unhelpful to get a resolution. Terrible canned messages saying the store will be in contact…the whole reason I contacted corporate in the first place is because you can’t talk to anyone at the store they just hang up on you. Never again.

Ordered a pizza for carry out. When I got home and opened the box I discovered that someone had taken bites out of two of the slices. Tried to call the store and no one would answer the phone. Called corporate and they couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. Corporate did offer a refund but I won’t be going back to this location.

Worst stay I’ve had to deal with in a very long time. Closes over an hour early, takes your money and your “refund” maybe come. Aka never, they will not let you speak to a “manager” as its to much of an inconvenience for them to do their job, even better when youre asking for a manager to figure out this situation they choose to hang up on you. On top of not giving their nane so you can speak to someone at a later time about their poor attitude and ability to do their job. Ask for the employees name and they will hang up on you and not get someone who actually can do something about the problem as they staff is clearly incapable of doing so. Very sad to see how run down this store has become in the comunity. Better off just closing the doors as they’re never open anyway.

PSA Dont go to the Burlington Pizza Hut if you expect good service.
I ordered the marinara pasta and she brought me a chicken alfredo pasta and told me they “accidentally made the wrong pasta but it will be right out.” My boyfriend ordered a pepperoni pizza, but apparently he was supposed to specify that he wanted classic pizza sauce because he got a pizza with some white sauce on it. He also ordered a garlic sauce cup and when he asked for it she brought out 3 cups of marinara sauce.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I would give negtive stars if I could. Found hair BAKED IN TO THE CHEESE. I called, was offered refund or remake then he told me to hang on… And then HUNG UP ON ME! called back and got Greg, who said the cook was calling me a liar, that they don’t do refunds. Seriously? Greg was talking to us and we asked to get this sorted but he left the phone without telling us he was leaving and didn’t come back for three minutes. Greg then called back and apologized. Thanks. We talked to Ken today, the GM. As my boyfriend was explaining this situation, he interrupted and said he couldn’t do anything. He interrupted several times after that. He stated that it is policy that people on the phone are of low priority. Disgusting. Would he have walked away if we were in the building?? I paid money!! Over $20 for pizza we had to throw out. We were told to complete our surveys and as we did… One of the two codes was already used so we couldn’t complain to corporate like they told us to. They’re trying to cover their own… Disgusting and never going to be a customer ever again. Especially since corporate refuses to converse with me or offer me an apology, refund, or coupon (not that I’d use it to get more gross pizza).
