Order food 3 hours ahead of time, and it still wasn’t ready. Any employee was making pizza boxes on the floor(disgusting and unsanitary), then went to the lobby to hug and chat with her boyfriend where she “passed out” and he had to whisk her away to the car. I intervened because I’m a medical professional. The boyfriend then said it was exhaustion, and she passed out. Her boyfriend proceeded to get her to the car pants fallen down her but (completely exposed) where she giggled and laughed as they drove away. Another female employee came outside to check on her and proceeded to go right back in and continue making our food without washing her hands. The young man serving us definitely cared and felt terrible about our experience but was receiving no support from his coworkers who seemed to think it was all funny. Also, employees had their kids in the back with them. I’m honestly not sure how this location is in business at this point if that is the standard. I emplore you to check your cameras at this location between 810-830 it’s really insane that this even happened.

Last visit was awful. Carryout pizza was poorly made, just barely warm and the cinnamon sticks were overcooked, hard, and cold. However, one week before, the food was excellant – so be warned – check your food before paying for it.

Extremely unprofessional, said its my problem and responsibility to locate my missing food from door dash. Then said they would call back and take care of the problem when I called back, and the GM never did but lied to me and was the most unprofessional one!! Will never do delivery I did not ask for door dash ordered at 4:45 did not get it until 6:10 it was all soggy and cold. Cost me $10:50 in delivery and tip. Like I said I did not order for door dash to deliver. I will never order for delivery.

WOW. Placed an order and was missing an item (which makes 3/3 times my order has been incorrect). Called to request a correction or refund and, after a significant amount of time on hold, was disconnected. Called back and, after another hold, was hastily told “sorry, we’re really busy, order online.” And then I was promptly hung up on. SERIOUSLY?! I don’t often leave poor reviews, and I understand being busy or making an error, but that is garbage. Back to the competition I guess, and on to corporate for the $4 refund. Maybe they will be available to take my call.

If you dont have a delivery driver then DONT offer delivery and depend on doordash to deliver for you. It took our order 2 hours to be delivered. This happened more than once. The last time it was a week night and both of my kids were sleeping by the time it arrived. I felt horrible they hadn’t had any dinner and went to bed hungry.

Placed a curbside order. Two young kids in the car. I arrived and called as asked to on the website. They put me on hold and set the phone down. I could see in the store. No other customers, they were not taking any orders, one guy was just standing by the register. After 15 minutes on hold I hung up and called back. They let the phone ring and ring and never answered it. I had to get both kids out of the car (2 year old and 1 month old) and juggle getting them both and the pizza back in our car. Don’t offer a service like curbside if your not willing or have the staff to actually preform that service. Not going back here again.

OMG, the amount they charge for a bad pizza is unbelievable. The Hut in Burlington is super slow and the employees there don’t seem to know what’s going on. If there is a manager I’ve never seen them. It’s hard to say who works there cause half time there wearing street clothes. Last night I waited over 90 min when was told it would be 15. Sat there just waiting, strange thing was there were 3 other people waiting as well but no one else came in the entire time. So there not busy just super slow. Lastly while I’m uncomfortable saying this I think it’s important for corporate to know. The employees all looked dirty, greasy hair, filthy clothing. Didn’t look like anyone had showered in quite some time or washed there uniforms, the few who had a uniform on. Overall I’m not sure how this place has stayed in biz in Burlington! Not fast, the opposite super slow, way too greasy, no real manager to run place and employees that seem like they could care less!
