I’m not one to review, but this place deserves my time. As all the other reviews state about rudeness, poor staff, not having “dough”, ect… I can verify it’s true. Even after many people said not to go, I decided to make my own judgment.

Had all but given up on ever eating at a Pizza Hut. Then we moved to Storm Lake, IA area. Wanted pizza for dinner and The Hut is one of two places to choose from. So…we bit the bullet. So glad we did! The pizza was very good, it was ready exactly when I asked for it to be, the order was spot on correct, and the counter-server volunteered to carry my order to my car (I use a cane to walk). We’ll be back to this Hut!

Place might be decent if they got nicer workers who are willing to actually work. For the last 10 months anytime I’ve ever stopped I’ve had to eat it on my tailgate outside. Freakin cold out and you can’t eat your pizza at one of the many tables because it’s be too much work for them.

ORDER PIZZA FOR DELIVERY AND I NEVER RECEIVE MY PIZZA. called the store and the lady that pick up the phone was super rude. She hung up on me after asking for my info. Call them back and she was make up lie that my address isn’t available but say that it has been delivered already. Like what??? I have a camera outside too. I don’t see anyone drop off anything when I check. Your delivery person must send to her house or drop off to the wrong address. I’ve ordered pizza from there many times and I never receive such a horrible experience until now. She must hate her job so much to be so rude. I don’t care if you have so many orders or not. That was your job.

So I ordered a pizza, and the guy attending me said that it would be ready in 1h. So after 1hr and 30 mins I called to check on pizza and guy said to switch lines so I was like ok but the next 2 guys were so rude and they both hung up on me, and I never got my pizza.

Very underwhelming to day the least. It was over and undercooked at the same time. Couldn’t hold the pizza it was floppy. Yet pepperoni was burnt. Not enough cheese.

The pizza was great, the service was poor. We arrived around 2pm and we waited by the counter for a while. There was someone cleaning around but they never notified the person taking orders that they had customers waiting. We waited some more to get drinks, order, pay the bill…

Had the weirdest experience. We were staying in a hotel in town and called to set up a delivery. The guy on the line asked for an address, and then, instead of asking for my order, started making small talk. I asked for a pizza and he said, “let me check the computer….” And then I went on hold music, ten seconds letter he was back on and said, “please don’t go, everything is fine, just need to check…” then back on hold. Then the line went dead. Tried calling back three times, the phone was answered, like the ringing stopped and the call started but no one said a thing all three times. Just seemed so off and like a scam big time. Then I check the website and it said delivery was closed. The guy on the line didn’t mention that once. So glad we didn’t give him our card info yet, just were we’re staying which is creepy enough.
