Ordered 2 pizzas, wings and bread sticks. Only received one pizza, wings and bread sticks. Received the wrong crust on the pizza and the wrong flavor of wings. Re-requested the second pizza and it came with half the toppings missing and the wrong crust. Wait staff never checked on us, spent the time we were there on his phone and was wearing pajama pants to work on. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME.

When you order lemon pepper the fries come dry and if you ask for a fork they dont bring a fork. Great job pizza hut. They also dont read delivery instructions. So dont tip until you get your order

It was cold in the store. And it seems like the place was a little dirty. The toilet in the men’s restroom was broken and the urianal was dirty and and purps on it. The manager was load and his uniform look like it was dirty

They have lunch buffet that starts at 11:00am. If you get there at 11 there won’t be any pizza out usually until 11:15. Went today at 11:30, they had one pizza that had sausage on it. Other than that your choice was veggie, cheese or chicken. A group of about 5-6 construction workers came in and sat near me. They were complaining about the lack of meat pizzas as well the amount of pizzas. I was there till noon and no other pizzas were put out. Sadly this is the norm for this place. The men behind me were all waiting for more pizza. I finally got up and left. The picture is what was on the buffet at exactly 12 noon.

The pizza was great, the service was poor. We arrived around 2pm and we waited by the counter for a while. There was someone cleaning around but they never notified the person taking orders that they had customers waiting. We waited some more to get drinks, order, pay the bill…

Parking lot mostly obstructed by a large fireworks sales tent. If you can find a place to park, you have to get your own menu then seat yourself. But nobody will come serve you.
You go to the counter and try to order, but half of the things in the menu aren’t available… and there’s no prices in the menu, so you just owe whatever the cashier says.
The fountain drink machine was broken, but there was plenty of more expensive bottled soda available… as long as you want one of the five flavors available.
After the terrible experience ordering, they then had the nerve to ask for a tip.

While the food was good, as always from pizza hut, this locations cleanliness was horrible. Carpets were dirty, pieces of food and crumbs on multiple tables that was never cleaned up in the 45mins we were there. Most tablecloths were sticky. Seasoning shakers were disgusting like they had never been cleaned. Counted 6 staff members on duty(my family was the only group there eating). The state of the dining room was unacceptable. It’s obvious the employees don’t care. It’s a counter service only pizza hut so the staff brought out the food and that was it.

I don’t know about anything except the lack of service. My husband waited at the counter, made eye contact with one of people behind the counter twice. Waited 15 minutes. He was NEVER acknowledged. Our party of 7 left and went to Pizza Ranch.
