This was an awful experience for road weary travelers like we were. We were seated eventually in an empty restaurant. After a while we received a menu. The waitress checked in with us but we weren’t ready to order at that time. When we ready and stated what we wanted, the waitress informed us it wasn’t available. so we looked at the menu some more and I finally decided on French fries. The french fries weren’t available. Upon speaking with the waitress we found out that the only thing the restaurant actually carried on the menu was the pizzas, salad bar (which wasn’t even half filled) and sandwiches. Pricing and dishes different when ordering online, in person and on phone. Had to argue about cheesy baked pasta with breadsticks. Online it’s $8.99. Well when I called and put order in and then went to get it all we got was the pasta for $8.99. No breadsticks. When I showed cashier the online description and price she acknowledged discrepancy BUT breadsticks were going to take 15 minutes to prepare and the rest if our food was done. She couldn’t take money off or credit the card. Did offer in store credit only. I said forget it nit wauting and our food get cold so I said to give me a couple dipping sauces call it even. Which they did. PIzza hut CLEAN UP YOUR ACT!

Came in with our grandchildren and ordered TWO triple treat boxes. Our “server” apparently didn’t understand plain English and we only got ONE. They ended up upsizing the second one and taking some $ off of the bill. The biggest issue was the server. Pretty sure she doesn’t want to do her job….just stands at the counter staring into space….definitely no tip.
