Horrible experience. Chicken nuggets were so dry and hard they were not edible, and the salad was slimy and brown. We called and they said that they would give us points for a free pizza from their location at a future date, even after we explained we were in from another state. We even asked if they would re-deliver a better product or give us a refund – nope. So disappointing.

Really disappointed in this order… I didn’t open it until I got home, but I wish I had opened it before I left. Ordered for pick up because I’d been wanting Pizza Hut for a long time but we live too far away for delivery. Got home, opened the box, and it looked like someone had done the dizzy bat race before adding the toppings to our pizza. I will order again eventually, but hopefully next time is better.

Got three orders of 8 bone out honey BBQ from Pizza Hut/Wing Street in Big Rapids, Mi to only end up with three orders of 8 bone out wings looking like this. I called and told mgt he said sorry there’s nothing we can do. We we’re told they only use 2 ounce laddle for 8 bone out wings and we would have to order more.
