It has been awhile since I ordered. The last time I ordered we got wings and a Stuffed Crust pizza through the drive thru. We got home and the pizza had no sauce on it at all. I sent a complaint and not one person got back a hold of me. No Manager, nothing. I feel that since nobody at this company can fix an order or care about their customers getting what they paid for and put sauce on a pizza then I can give my money to papa johns or a mom and pop pizza in town.

It’s too bad that I had such an awful dine in experience with my granddaughter a few days ago. I really enjoy Pizza Hut pizza but your staff really needs work. We went in for dinner around 7:00, it was not very busy. We ordered 2 Personal Pan pizzas and after 15-20 mins the waitress told me that they weren’t making those that night! We said ok, make it a med pepperoni. 15-20 mins later it came to the table in a box, not on a platter. She could have easily done that fix herself. My 5yr olds drink was also in a large glass instead of a child’s to go cup or something smaller. She never checked back. Another waitress dropped a menu in the middle of the floor and 2 of them just kept walking around it instead of picking it up. Do better!!!

Seems very short staffed. My 12 year old son and I went there on the evening of 8-31-25 there was a beautiful young lady working besides being very polite she seemed to be doing all the work outside the kitchen. She was prompt and wore a beautiful smile. She is the reason we will come back we live about 35 minutes away so we won’t be coming there often but if were in the area we will be eating there. I don’t know what your paying her but im sure it’s not enough.

The server Mary was the best! Food came out quick and was very tasty! We are a family of 7 and spent $60 for food and drinks which is great. TVs were on and kept the kids entertained. We will be back next trip to Holiday World!

I went outside for a quick smoke and this man came out yelling at another employee. Least she looked like an employee. I never heard such yelling and disrespect from one person to another. My family and I wont be coming back. What terrible management.

Huge dinning space , good little salad bar , clean everywhere . very up to date inside . friendly staff . fresh food . pan pizza is still the best ! Loaded with topping deff worth the price of a large pizza.

foods always right and good and fresh but they do not have enough employees. waiting 10 mins for ranch is a lil outrageous. There was one girl doing everything (front counter , the floor , and doordash orders) while the other was just standing in the drive through laughing with another woman.

We stopped in because we like pizza hut ,but I will never stop at this location ever again. Poor service and additude. We took are seats waiting to give our order, we waited and after 15 mins we got up walked out. Hope you close doors soon, seems pizza hut wants to go out of business.

Just got home after picking up a Large Pepperoni Pizza and Chocolate Chip Cookies we ordered online! The Pepperoni Pizza if that is what you want to Call, it hardly had Any Pepperoni in it. Looked more like a Plain Pizza! Is like false advertising your pictures of a Pepperoni Pizza to what you served us. Not acceptable specially when you pay $16.99 for it. Very Dissapointing you serve this Pizza to your Customers!
