I come to this McDonalds often before work in the mornings and always have a great experience. The employees are super kind (often catting for a minute) and service is surprisingly fast every time! I have yet to have anything missing/ made wrong and I come often. North location was very convenient for my family!!

Tried to pick up some breakfast this morning (12/01)…. Ordered two big breakfasts with pancakes. Went through the whole line, waited extra time to receive my “fast food” (not a big deal, I get it, it’s busy), finally received the food. As I was pulling away I handed my kids their food and of coarse their missing their pancakes, so I immediately whip around and get back in line. I told the McDonald’s staff that we were missing our pancakes, and I was informed to pull up to the next window when I did, I was asked to produce a receipt, unable to find the receipt that I had thrown on my floor board after paying coupled with the frustration of the moment, the teller apologized and stated that he wasn’t trying to hassle me over some pancakes, I told him I appreciate it but to forget about it. I pulled out and had to go to the store to pick up some breakfast for my kids. Costing me even more money, and causing my kids to be late for school. Look…..if McDonald’s is that hard up for money to the point where they have to keep their pancakes from me and then grill me over them when I inform them that they didn’t give me them after I had just paid for them, than just say that. Unless we have a pancake thief terrorizing our local McDonald’s to the point where they have to be suspect of someone asking for the pancakes that they paid for……… I’ll make sure to visit a McDonald’s further away, or an entirely different McDonald’s all together….. Trash service.

Honestly this was one of the most frustrating McDonalds experiences I’ve ever had. There were no other customers in there besides our small group. And about 12 employees in the back talking, on their phones, and eating. It took over 30 minutes to get my order. One of the only ones who seemed to be doing anything came and asked if we were still waiting on food after about 15 minutes. 2/4 of us were. She took our receipts and they started to make it. Took a long while before she brought food and said that someone was making my ice cream. Waited a couple more minutes, then an employee came to the front to bring an order for another customer while sipping a milkshake of his own. I looked at him as he was about to walk away and he asked if we were waiting on anything. I said “yeah still waiting on my ice cream”. Finally got it after another few minutes and left that annoying place.

Ordered breakfast at 10:20 on my app and was at the store at 10:34 and they didn’t make my order and then refused to serve me my food because breakfast ended even though I already paid and ordered in the breakfast serving time.
Horrible system, if the second it turns 10:30 you’re going to refuse to make orders that were already placed over 10 minutes ago, you really suck.
This is why people have so many issues and complaints because one of the original fast food chains in this country can’t get food out fast anymore or have good customer service

Waited over 20 minutes and gave my order number multiple times only to be told there was no order. If you’re a doordash contractor, don’t waste your time. Mr. Manager here doesn’t give a shit about you, your wait time, or their customer. *edited to say it took 20 minutes for them to even check if the dash i was waiting for even existed, and despite their system of checking the last 3, they still gave it to some rando instead of the Dasher assigned to it.

Nine times out of ten, my order is screwed up.I’m normally missing something. I give plenty of leeway because it’s close to where I live. usually my food has too much or too little of something, and/or the oil tastes horrible. They either don’t care or don’t know how to make their food. This morning, i didn’t get the hashbrowns i paid for and, my egg Mcmuffin had no ham. I tried calling but nobody answered. Drive through and service was excellent. I visited at 2:20 pm on Sunday August 10th 2025. I was told that there would be a wait as the fish was just put into the fryer. The order came to me promptly within 1 minute. Upon opening the sandwich box, the fish was a mess. I pulled around and brought it to the attention of an employee. The Manager, Hailey came out to address the issue and quickly remedied the issue. Overall great service! I just think that those on the “make line” need to pay more attention to the food that they’re presenting to their customers.

This location CONSISTENTLY forgets half of my orders, this time leaving out 20 out of the 40 nuggets we ordered. Not only that, one of the 10 piece nuggets only had 9 in the box!!
This is far from the first time, and there seems to be an issue like this 9/10 times we go there. On top of that, when we were finding a table to sit at and wait for our food, the tables were dirty and had large crumbs all over them!!
I’ve never left a review ANYWHERE before, but the service here was so appalling that I felt compelled to. Your customers deserve more than half-done orders and dirty tables. Do better.

UPDATE 10/27/2025: They’ve once again messed up my order. I ordered a double cheeseburger, with only ketchup and cheese on the burger, and got a normal double cheeseburger with everything on it. I ordered a 10 piece nugget with sweet and sour sauce and got zero sweet and sour sauce. They pretty much ALWAYS miss my sauce or have something else wrong with the order. Just go to the one by the mall if you actually want consistency in your orders because this is absolutely insane that service hasn’t improved after all these months.

Went through this morning. They told me the Mcmuffins were having issues and that I could get biscuits instead. Well all 4 of my sandwiches had no cheese on them. They charged me for it and I got no cheese slices. I tried calling 5 times. No answer. Manager and cook need a head kick

Idk why but everytime I go here they underfill the drinks? My coffee was a quarter gone and so was my orange juice? And also I ordered a large orange juice and got a small cup? Vary annoyed because they always do this with the drinks they are not filled to the top. Especially when I’m paying 4 dollars for an orange juice?
