We were a large group of 16. Had a great experience at the Pizza Hut in Decatur. Amber was fantastic… waiting on all of us and making sure that we had everything we needed. The pizza was hot and delicious!

Amber the manager at Pizza Hut did a great job serving us. She was outgoing, friendly, and took great care of us and our large party. The food was wonderful. Would recommend anyone to go here!

The young lady working the drive thru tonight was so nice. We ordered our pizza online said it would be done at 5:10 pm. We get there it’s not done and the manager was very apologetic she looked and sounded like she was about to cry which to me was sad like other people was screaming and yelling at her because their food wasn’t ready on time. We told her it wasn’t a big deal. I really hope she sees this so she knows she’s doing a great job! So is the young lady working at the drive thru window tonight!! We go to Decatur to get Pizza Hut because the Pizza Hut in our town is pretty crappy ♀️. Food was hot and good.

We arrived nearly two hours before closing time, and it took a while to be seated. This was no big deal. The service was VERY slow, and it was around an hour from when we were seated to when our food arrived. The woman serving us did a great job, and we received discounts for the poor experience. I think it was probably a bad night and I would not be against going back for another try. The dining room was very nice.

Decent food, the lettuce was brown. Asked for it to be changed. Server was nice just a little slow. This place seems like it’s lacking in the front of house. Seems like a bunch of kids running the show. Tables sat dirty for a very very long time without being touched. Where’s the management…? About 7 tables in total. Good thing this place wasn’t slammed..
