Great food sandwiches taste better depending on who is cooking on the grill that’s the only reason for the low stars the one young guy with the ponytail is the best on the grill that I’ve found so far tune in for more to come!!!

Visited late afternoon on Memorial Day for an order pick up. Place was busy. My pick up order was 10 minutes behind my original pick up time. The blonde female that was running the cash register/assembling to-go orders wasn’t being very nice to other employees. While she was getting cash out of the register, she said out loud in a very irritated tone that she needed someone to get her more $1 bills. All the other employees were busy handling food trying to get caught up on orders. The girl next to the cash register assembling sandwiches said she can’t get her the bills because she’s busy and they went back and forth for a little bit on spat with each other. If you’re not handling food, take 2 minutes and go and get what you need. Very rude and unprofessional. You could feel the anger and irritation in the air.

What else? What else? What else? That’s pretty much the only thing that was said to me during my experience. I got a tuna wrap and spent about $11 on it. Tune is okay, little bit watery. The service is based on my one visit. Very poor.

As has been mentioned here already, the dude with the pigtail is unquestionably, THE MAN.
However, there’s also a dude so short he can hardly see over the deli case, who just made me as good a mushroom Philly cheese steak as has ever been made. I’ve been a fan of JM’s for 20 years and they are still knocking it out of the park! Great job !

Went to store today 3/10 at 10:30 in morning. Have not really ate at JM before so was not familiar with menu. The 2 ladies working, I wish I got their name but I know one was from Kentucky by us chatting, anyways the workers were fantastic. They took time to explain things and even when we made a mistake, minor one easily fixed, and they both acted like no big deal at all. For example on my roast beef I didn’t know until she almost cut my sandwich that mayo didn’t come with it, I commented I wish I would have thought of that and she was more than willing to add mayo. As we were driving home I asked my wife what she thought of Jersey Mikes and the main thing she could talk about was the fantastic customer service.

Food was great! Was busy when we went but there were 5 workers so things should have gone way faster than it did, took over 20 minutes to get 1 sandwich with 4 people in front of us. Part of the issue was a crazy lady trying to tell the workers what to do and another was because 2 of the workers kept arguing with each other. It was a very weird experience so I’m just glad the food was good to make up for the experience!

Love the sandwiches here!!! Chicken Philly and Steak Philly with portabella mushrooms!!! Yummy!!! Was in town for a dentist appointment and went here afterwards. Haven’t been to one for a little over 4 years and that was in Colorado. I definitely missed this place and the flavors. Friendly staff made it a perfect experience. Will be back for sure when I roll through the area again.

Great experience at Jersey Mike’s today.
I stopped in Jersey Mike’s for a late lunch sandwich. When I realized I forgot my wallet and had to run out to the car, a random guy payed for my sandwich.
Then, when I sat down to eat, a perfect stranger sat down at the table with me and we shared a really nice conversation over a couple fresh and delicious sandwiches.

The food was very good and tasty. Most of the staff was friendly and polite except one person Makenzie. She never said hello and never asked if we wanted any different types of bread. Then we asked what the sizes of bread were and she grabbed a piece of bread with her bare hands to show us, then she put it back. A simple smile on her face would have been nice but she looked pissed off that she was there. Everyone else was very nice and friendly.

Really good sandwiches! Just can’t be in a hurry when you get there. Staff seems friendly enough, just works at a medium pace. Good food can’t be rushed! I always order ahead using the app, even if dining in.
