Food was an hour late. Placed at 7:36pm, received almost 9pm. Missing half the order and when I called the restaurant at 8:10pm it was closed so I couldn’t talk to a person. Imagine my surprise when it showed up (missing the wings) after I already called another pizza place. The pizza was good tho.

Ordered pizza and wings. 15min last the delivery time I was wondering. 30min past…I’m annoyed..1hr…then 2hrs. No food. Called the store. They said their driver does that sometimes….he just doesn’t come back to the store. Okay, not my issue….wheres the pizza? Good never even showed up. Another place that wants you to tip at the time of payment. For what? I don’t know if the service will be good or bad….clearly it was bad even with a good tip

Great in a pinch, just don’t expect great service or your order to be ready timely or correct. Once I ordered at 730pm, called several times after 9 with promises that it was on its way. At 10 I went to the store when they stopped answering my calls, my order arrived while I was complaining. That was a couple years, but even after a couple of years they aren’t much better. I was out shopping, told my husband to place the order at 6, they told him 20 minutes. I got there at 645 and my pizzas weren’t ready or even started. I was #58 and#61 was walking out the door. It wasn’t a complicated order either, 1 cheese, 1 pepperoni… So I waited 15 more minutes for them to make the pizzas and when I got home, we only received a half pepperoni instead of full. I don’t even get mad anymore, I just expect them to screw it up.

The Blue Hue lights in this building and outside make This place looks so unwelcoming… I won’t come here if it dosent get that homey feeling back… loose the blue hue lights, you need soft white to make it feel like a warm nice place…. I miss the days of Store Mgr Vern.. he alway made it a welcoming place…

Took a driver 2 hours to deliver food, I never got my food. I was told the delivery driver delivered my food to the wrong address. Then I was told that the driver got fired and there is nothing they can do. I tried calling the store to speak to the manager and never got a call back or spoke because they were too busy. Never AGAIN will I order delivery.

Schererville Pizza Hut used to be known for providing good service and decent pizza. Times have certainly changed! I ordered a couple pizzas online, the app said pizza’s were ready ,then waited in line 40 minutes and the apologetic employee said sorry they hadn’t even started my order. it seems all the orders ahead of me were wrong or incomplete.

My husband and I decided to grab a quick bite the other night. Went inside, no one acknowledged us, went to the front counter and stood there for about 5 minutes, still no one. Finally a young lady comes out and asks if we’re picking up, told her we were dining in, told us to sit wherever we want. Another 10 minutes go by, finally comes with menu’s, doesn’t ask if we want anything to drinks says she’ll be back. Another 15 minutes go by, she doesn’t come back so we decided to leave. I get that places are short staffed, but we definitely will not be coming here again

Horrible. Food is soooooo expensive, food was wrong, missing things. $5.19 for a 2 liter? $30 for a sausage pizza. Then when I call the store they will not answer. When I call the “call center ” they only know words related to pizza. I ask for a manager and no one will help. When I do get a manager, they hung up on me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PIZZA. Save your time and money. You will thank me later
