This was one of the rare times I have ordered pizza and everything is spot on. This is my first time ordering from this location. I hope everyone has a good meal like I just did. Most times I eat from places they’re terrible. This was an awesome experience! The pizza was properly cooked, the cheese tasted like a good solid cheese. The pepperoni tasted spot on. The wings were crispy and tasty. I have had bad experiences in other pizza hut locations. This order was really good.

Ordered 3 “the edge” pizzas along with a few other items for my daughter’s birthday. Arrived about 2 minutes before my order was supposed to be ready. Ended up waiting another 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Employee brought my order up front and walked away. Walked out with my order, got to my car, checked to make sure everything was made correct and I see all 3 pizzas look as if they were about an hour or more old and looked to be missing pieces. All 3 pizzas looked like the photo attached. All 3 pizzas looked like they were just thrown in the boxes. So I took them back inside and showed employee and was told they were fresh out the oven and they could not replace them. So, I’m out the over $70 for my order and had to go order food from another place. Worst experience ever!

I ordered with an estimated delivery time of 45 minutes. I got notified after 35 that the order was out for delivery. After an additional 40 minutes, I called and inquired and was informed the order never left and they were “going to make the order fresh” in 8 minutes and bring it directly to me, a 10 minute drive. It’s now been 40 more minutes. Still no food lol

They were really late with our order when we had a party that we needed to get to. They gave us drinks though and are nice. I would recommend calling to find out when your pizza is done.

Bathrooms out of order, paper plates, no beer, cannot even get a cup of water with your meal, you have to buy bottled water. Pop fountain out of order and pop canonly be purchased in bottles.

The website was acting goofy so my wife phoned in an order despite the fact it was expensive as hell they made the pizza wrong I went to get another one I waited 10 min for any service wow rh customer service has went way down and it’s not the same as it used to be very disappointed in Pizza Hut right now
