This was my first time having Pizza Hut in a while and I was pretty disappointed. The cost was almost $50. Supreme pizza was under cooked and the wings had the most miniscule amount of sauce. I get it’s fast food pizza and no one wants to work anymore but it’s still disappointing. Deliveryy driver was very nice, that’s about the only highlight.

I called one hour before the time I was supposed to pick my pizzas up. An hour later I pulled in and they weren’t ready. I think they goofed up my order and gave me the wrong sauce on one pizza, so they had to go ahead and make it again, and I waited 20 minutes. But they gave me three pizzas instead of the original two l ordered. Overall typical Pizza Hut quality. That’s good, if you like Pizza Hut pizzas. Good stuff typical quality overall a fair experience.

Order of a stuffed crust was disappointing, it was at best an undercooked and understaffed. No offense to the workers/pizza makers there who know not what they do. Cost are cut and management are told what to do, that’s the skinny.

Went to pick up my carry out but the lobby was closed. Then waited in the drive through line for literally 45 minutes before someone even came to the window. I called nonstop for 20 minutes to ask for help but no one answered the phone, I even honked and waved to get their attention but was completely ignored! There was also 5 cars behind me that I hope did not get the same treatment, even though they were already waiting for 30+ minutes behind me! Ridiculous! Three people working and no one can pick up the phone or go to the drive through to check in with a customer who’s already paid? Completely ridiculous with no excuse for this quality of service.

My pizza had no cheese on most of it and I was missing wings. After holding for 5 minutes and getting disconnected and then holding again for several minutes, Manager would only issue a partial credit toward my next order.

Extremely inconsistent. Says 30 minutes for delivery, takes 90. Call to ask about order status, find out that four orders went out at the same time and our order has been sitting in a car for at least an hour. People are unapologetic and you may get your pizza in 30 minutes and you might get it in two hours. No explanation. Very frustrating experience time and again.
