I pizza was delicious, and the service was phenomenal. The 3 gentleman working there at 10:30pm on a Friday reminded me of the old days-friendly, upbeat, seemed to enjoy their work, and even came out from behind the counter to interact with customers. I had my phone in my hand, as usual, but put it away when I realized that that there was an opportunity to have real human interaction here! It was 30 minutes to closing time, and their service was still great.

Took 2 hours to get a pizza and breadsticks. They were cold when received and poorly made. They don’t even deliver but give it to doordash who was very nice. To me suggesting they can’t keep staff and need better pay.

If you order delivery, just know that a Door Dash driver will probably be delivering. customers Usually, seem surprised when you show up with a Door Dash pizza bag. I should also mention that if you put down a tip for the delivery guy Pizzahut employees, keep it for their tip jar , and it does not make it to the person that delivers it

I enjoyed the 8pc bbq boneless wings and they were great and saucey. Some other noteworthy menu options: chicken Alfredo, cajun- style fries , and ofcourse the pizza . They prepare many styles, thin n crispy, hand tossed, stuffed crust, even skinny slices. My go to is a medium sz with pineapples olives and mushrooms. Good eats

When ordering on their app and asking for your pizza to be delivered at a certain time apparently means NOTHING. Barely any cheese on the pizza and the sauce was sweet which would be great if I ordered dessert but not on a pizza.

Stay far away from this location. I have given this location several attempts due to being close to home but never again. My order was made incorrectly which I noticed once I picked the order up. I asked the so called GM Keith if my order could be corrected and he lost every once of customer service he may have had in the beginning. He claimed he didn’t care what someone told me over the phone he was only going to give me what he made and if I didn’t want it I could just leave. I ordered double breadsticks in my box order but instead he wanted to give me wings which I did not order. He refused to replace the wings with an order of breadsticks and instead had some sort of tantrum for a grown man. Never go to this place they are very unprofessional and unwilling to satisfy their customers or give them options. Only option is if you don’t like it leave. So I left and will never return. Keith is the worst so called GM I have ever encountered and if he is the example of the head of that location you have nothing else to look forward to from him down. ZERO STARS!!!!!!

I ordered a pizza through their phone service. waited 20-25 minutes. upon arrival the door was locked and then an employee unlocked the door and said they were closed. (7:00pm) she just arrived to open the store and said if I wanted to wait another 20 minutes they could make my pizza. not the ideal way to run a business. I won’t go back

Worst pizza hut I have ever been to. I ordered a Detroit style deep dish pizza and this is what I got. The pizza tasted very nasty the sauce sucked and I am never ever going to pizza hut again. Steer clear from the pizza hut in Parma Heights. $13 for this is a rip off and a disgrace
