I put 1 star just to give an opinion, but the value is ZERO. Horrible service and quality of food. And to top it off they are not responsible. I received a delivery with the seal broken, 1 piece completely separated from the pizza and others separated from the edges. there was even a piece of onion on the cheese pizza. I called the delivery person and he sent me to call the store. I called the store and they just explain that there are other boxes on top that may have broken the seal, and that the heat may have separated the pieces. this pizza looks like someone opened it up, they took those pieces out of their place and put them back. I don’t feel confident eating this pizza and the store doesn’t offer any refund either. The person who answered the phone clearly has no empathy for customer service and always spoke to us in an arrogant tone.

This entire place is a JOKE! After placing order online and arriving 11 mins after the suggested time we still had to wait an additional 26 mins for th pizza. Just to get a half done, rushed pizza. The workers were all just standing around looking lost. The on young lady was bussing her butt ALONE! All while there was a crying new born in the corner behind the counter ♀️. I LEGIT took ONE bite out the pizza and tossed entire order…. I’m disgusted

Everytime I order a Buffalo chicken melt they NEVER give the correct sauce. Why would I want marinara sauce with Buffalo chicken? And then the melt is pointless because it’s not like the melt itself has Buffalo sauce on it or if it does you can’t tell. Supposedly you’re supposed to get ranch too but I wouldn’t care if they forgot that. The one time I was there and checked the staff had no idea. The manager had to tell them but obviously they need to train them. It’s so aggravating goodness.

Yesterday I used my rewards points to get a medium pizza and breadsticks. I requested extra sauce on my pizza. Got home and pizza was dry and barely had any sauce. I was so disappointed, and so were my kids. I just threw it out. I felt they only made it like that cause it was free! I will never order from this location again!

Ordered a pizza was told it would arrive by 10 p.m. The pizza did not arrive until 10:30. To make matters worse, it was the wrong order. I attempted to call the store and was hung up on five times! This is unacceptable! I will Not be ordering again and I want my money back!

Horrible service and awful product. Literally the driest , cardboard crust. And that’s the highlight of our experience. Our order sat in store for 45 mins waiting to be delivered. Finally after an hour and half we call. We end up driving to location and pick it up ourselves. After we left a tip and delivery fee on our order. Will not be ordering this waisted of money for my family. I took the liberty of attaching photos of what it looked like. Don’t waste your time with them. They did absolutely nothing to make it decent.

THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. I will be reaching out to corporate or the owner someone need to take responsibility for terrible service. People order food to feed their family. For them to have the audacity to let you pay your money and act like they are going to deliver food and never show up is pathetic. This, Pizza Hut is probably the most trash place I have ever seen on top of that. I ordered food. They got my order wrong when I got there to get my pizza and my wings they had cinnamon swirls or whatever they are and my pizza, and then proceeded to tell me that they can’t take my $50 bill, so oh well on my pizza, if you can’t take $100 bills $50 bills and you need exact change maybe you should tell people that when they order food on the phone and maybe you guys can get the order right last time I checked the customer is always right I didn’t want your dirty cinnamon rolls I wanted to order of wings
