Took nearly 2 and a half hours to get the pizza from delivery. They didn’t answer the phone when we wanted to cancel. Drove to the store at the 2hr mark but a driver apparently just picked it up a minute before we got there. Went back home and beat the delivery driver by 10 minutes.
Pizzas were warm at best and one was wrong.
Last time was over an hour wait.
Not even a little bit reasonable.
Don’t waste your time on this location.

This whole establishment is disgusting! The Lil boy at the register never looked up at me… then gon say wassup. Excuse me? Am I not a paying customer? What happened with to hello, welcome to Pizza Hut. Picking up? Something. Then the light skin female with the glasses over in the corner laughing cause I stated the service was terrible. The pizza wasn’t even hot and I just placed the order at 7:43pm… went and paid for it at 8:28. I try to support my local establishments around but every single time I go to this location there is always an issue. It doesn’t seem like management is doing anything… if you don’t like your job, go get a new one and let the teens have it. Yall too grown to have the nasty attitudes with distasteful service. Ridiculous! Something needs to change!

This was horrible! Not only did they make me wait more than 30 mins but the order was wrong as well, and the delivery driver they sent to delivery was absolutely the rudest delivery driver I’ve ever experienced since DoorDash has been a thing I will be back to either get this made right or a full refund this is highly unacceptable and you all should be ashamed for serving this because ain’t no way that’s a buffalo chicken melt…

Ordered a pizza was told it would arrive by 10 p.m. The pizza did not arrive until 10:30. To make matters worse, it was the wrong order. I attempted to call the store and was hung up on five times! This is unacceptable! I will Not be ordering again and I want my money back!
Update: ordered a pizza today May 26, 2024, pizza arrived 25 minutes late and all items weren’t there. Called in and was transferred to the call center. The representative was beyond rude and refused to give her name. Claims the donuts weren’t in stock so why not refund my item instead of me calling in! Nothing was refunded because she claims “ she’ll have to refund entire order and she’s not about to do all that” very nasty! I swear some of these companies have the worst individuals representing them!!! Will be calling corporate first thing Tuesday morning!!! Lastly, not a drop of sauce on pizza, pops weren’t cold and the chicken was cold; gave to my dog!!!

The man that answers the phone & the the man that works inside (receipt says Darline)…both males were extremely rude. The one inside got aggressive with us because he walked away while serving us. The male that takes the orders either doesn’t understand English or he’s playing on the phone.. either way never again.

No clue why this location is still even open for business. Always an issue here when ordering food. You pay for delivery and end up picking up your own food. Food be undercooked at times so that may be depending on who’s working, food missing, toppings missing. This time I just never got my order. Sat waiting over 2 hours. Just still says preparing. Just do away with this location.

Horrible service and awful product. Literally the driest , cardboard crust. And that’s the highlight of our experience. Our order sat in store for 45 mins waiting to be delivered. Finally after an hour and half we call. We end up driving to location and pick it up ourselves. After we left a tip and delivery fee on our order. Will not be ordering this waisted of money for my family. I took the liberty of attaching photos of what it looked like. Don’t waste your time with them. They did absolutely nothing to make it decent.
