Went to pizza hut in wintersville Ohio for pizza night. The worst experience ever. Took 15-20 minutes to get order in. Another 10 minutes just for drinks. Got pizza before bread sticks. Pizza was horrible. Cheese burnt after they reheatedit. Finally asked for another pizza. It was as bad as first. New waitress that didn’t know what she was doing. There 2 hours. Waste of our time. Gross gross. Pop was good . That was it. Won’t go back. These people needs trained.

No lunch buffet, no dine in lunch specials, rude service and way too greasy. I won’t be bothering again. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Maybe try the dine in Vocelli down the road in Steubenville instead.

I just haven’t had a positive experience first time with this pizza hut. This time was last time for me. Pizza arrived and looked like it had been dropped on side and under cooked. Called them and they were good enough to send out a replacement that was good. I just dont feel like I should always have to call and ask for a replacement.

Well it definitely wasn’t busy in the early afternoon today. Our waitress was pleasant and our food was so delicious also. I just wish that they would pull the breadsticks out a little sooner. Seems like they are always a little too done for my taste.

If I could rate 0 most definitely I would, I called to request delivery to a truck stop and specifically requested to be delivered to Sunoco gas station and they refused the service, this ladies were rude and didn’t appreciate the fact truckers deserve to be serviced, they know better truckers cannot Park everywhere, would not recommend this place at all…Pizza hut should be hiring new staff at this place

Don’t bother going there or even ordering online through here. The website charges for stuff that you didn’t order, then when you go in to order and tell them that there is a issue with the website, after my husband had talked to them twice and told them that their website was down, they can’t give you online specials even after you tell them that the site is changing for things that you didn’t order, then when you try to get your money back, they won’t do it and then give you a fake phone number for the manager. I tried calling the so called manager 2 times. With no answer. I definitely will not be ordering from them again.

I don’t order Pizza Hut often at all .. but may do so more often. I ordered pick-up, at the window the lady was very nice, very pleasant and made sure my order was correct and everything there. The food was steamy hot coming through the window and everything was very good.
