Pulled up ti drivethrough when the app told us to. They saud our order needed 10 min more
We say ok and go in and wait. Noone waits on us. Then when they did, lady was rude as all heck. Said she was just waiting tables, and asked for help, they said its ready. 20 minutes later still wasnt ready. All awhile it was sitting ready to-go with other orders ontop.
Pizza isnt hard so please stop doing this. Our pizza was cold and ruined. We wont be back

Food was good and done fast I was early and it was already done. The lady could have been a little more friendly she looked like she was ready for Halloween early she kinda resembles a witch. She was short and kinda mean to be honest. I felt like my call and presence picking it up was a aggravation for her to get my 1 pizza and order of bread sticks.

I’ve tried to give this place chance after chance to get an order right, but this was the final chance. Of course they failed. It’s bad enough that you literally have to put “Please do not burn the cheese” in the special instructions section of your order, but then they totally disregard those instructions. Medium pizza with half pepperoni and half bacon was BURNT to the point that you couldn’t even tell it had cheese and the pepperoni was dry and hard!!! Another pizza that was supposed to have light sauce, had NO SAUCE at all. It was too dry to even eat. That was 2 out of three pizzas that was ordered, that were trash can fillers only. Strike ??? Pizza Hut!!! You’re definitely out on this one. Never again.

Great food, convenient location and super fast service. We did order ahead, but our food was prepared and ready for pick up as soon as we arrived. The staff was friendly and prompt and we even arrived the same time a school bus pulled in and a lot of people came in at the same time. Highly recommend.

I just haven’t had a positive experience first time with this pizza hut. This time was last time for me. Pizza arrived and looked like it had been dropped on side and under cooked. Called them and they were good enough to send out a replacement that was good. I just dont feel like I should always have to call and ask for a replacement.

Decided to try and give them another chance order pizza and a personal pizza box andth3 large pizza we order was made wrong and called and was told its not their fault that when order on the web doesn’t come through to them isn’t right so they won’t fix it and they never fix the issues no matter if it’s order online or through the phone its bullshit that people can eat food that they pay for and just out of their own money
