Big Franks BBQ Grill Watertown Ave. is a good place to eat. Food is good and reasonable.I would have just hamburger and fries. Service is good.

Absolutely incredible service. New management knows what they’re doing and have a home-style atmosphere that is heavily appreciated in the area. My new go to spot. Highly recommend their gold BBQ wings and their chicken ranch pizza. 10/10

I called to order take out for a family platter which was ready within 15 minutes.
The platter was advertised at $41.xx on the menu on their website but came out to a few cents less than $50.
The ribs and chicken were good, flavorful and tasty. However the brisket and pulled pork were dry and flavorless without the bbq sauce.
There were two one ounce cups of coleslaw which was the same amount as the bbq sauce.
It was worth a try.

I Visited this restaurant again for the first time in about 15 years and the food is still good . I ordered the 1/4 bird and 4 ribs combo with cornbread and coleslaw. I enjoyed all the food except the coleslaw. Staff was friendly and helpful when ordering. Establishment was clean. Definitely would stop here again if in the area

First time ordering from this place and I’m pretty sure we won’t order again. We ordered the brisket wrap which is supposed to be MOST popular turned into be the WORST popular filled with fat peppers and onions we also ordered the loaded pulled pork nacho fries they were soaked in movie theater nacho cheese without the Pico de gallo UNEDIBLE also a steak sandwich that was specifically requested a certain way to be made and to not get it how it was requested UNSATISFYING we DO NOT recommend this establishment at ALLL!!!

I have never had brisket before that I have loved!! But their Brisket is the absolute best! I only wish that they had a brisket platter. I would go there at least once a week just for that! My Husband absolutely loves the St. Louis style ribs.! Those are definitely His favorite! They know how to do barbecue!

The pizza was such a good addition to this place! We loved the pizzas. We had a grandma pie, a bbq chicken, and a vodka sicilian… all were great. Try the vodka sauce on your next pie, its a game changer!

Food was good , prices are about average for BBQ, the service was fast.. the menu is pretty big and I always order off the special menu if they have one, which they did. Tge first thing I asked was if they had burnt ends and the young lady behind the counter looked confused and offered boneless rib tips which I said ok to. But a BBQ place that doesn’t know burnt ends is a bit weird in my opinion lol. Other then that it’s very clean and worth a second trip if I’m up this way again. Also the fixin bar let’s you get your own pickles.

We ordered for the 1st time since the new owners took over. The Mac and cheese is flavorless and I have no idea what kind of pasta that is. It looked almost dyed orange. The food was so different. We won’t be coming back.

Sept 30, 2022, my son and I went tonight for our dinner! Delicious food, generous portions, and great service! We ordered a full rack of ribs, a whole bird, sweet potato fries, onion rungs and fried mushrooms!! Delicious!! Lots of leftovers! Service was very nice and attentive!!

Was craving their food today…. the atmosphere has changed. The customers are also different than before… younger people and lunch crowd… fewer families… I got take out… meat portions are the same, but of course prices have gone up. Tastey chicken, delicious ribs, foot long hotdogs, the service was good and welcoming. I spent $60 today… a couple years ago it was a lot less… plenty of leftovers. The side portions are still smaller… and add up fast…

Food is good… but portions are getting smaller and smaller for more money. Quality is still there… but cannot afford to bring the entire family anymore. Since the portions are so small I have to buy triple what I bought 5 yrs ago… for the same number of mouths. Sad..
