This is our local Indian. We have eaten here multiple times and each time I always check the reviews as to be honest they are very mixed.
This is not the best indian but the food is tasty and hot, we are struggling to find an amazing Indian in the local area.
I would say the samosas aren’t great.
If they could work on their desk speed and communication that would be great. Sometimes you stand there and dont get an acknowledgement.
But we will be back again.

Wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt the first time as the service was not great.
We’ve just tried them again and after 1.5hrs of excuses we went and collected our cold curry.
The guy on the phones cannot understand English very well and that causes a whole host of issues in itself.
If the food was higher standard I’d be a bit nicer but it’s really underwhelming too.

We lived in Benson for two years and finally tried this place on one of the last days before we moved house. It was really not good. Many reviews complain about the service, but we had no issues with that. It is just that the food is really poor. Nothing to do with authentic Indian cuisine. All of the sauces were sweet, strangely luminous in colour (no doubt full of colourings) and separated. I don’t really know whose taste this type of ‘Indian’ cuisine is catering to, but there seem to be enough positive reviews to make me think there are some. Certainly not for us, and definitely nothing like true Indian food. I would suggest most supermarket ready meals are tastier and more authentic.

Ordered a take away last thing on a Sunday night and honestly it was amazing the curries were so full of flavour and the portion sizes were huge service was on time driver was very very polite and stopped to have a conversation will definitely be recommending and will be using again in the very near future

Never had an issue with this place. Good Indian takeaway food. Great choices. Easy to order online. Customer service is not always the best but they are polite, just not always clued up when you turn up to collect and a bit blunt. Saying that. Always use them. Easy to order. Good food and never have to wait to long. Would recommend

Had a pretty poor experience couple of years ago, so gave it a swerve for a while, tried it again last week, and was super impressed, great food, generous amount of meat and chicken in the dishes, will definitely reinstate it as my local ‘go to’ indian takeaway.

The food was good, but they completely ignored our messaged in the comments section of the online order for a specific pick up time of 6:30pm. Consequently our food had been sitting for 45 mins when we collected at 6:30. The assistant barely spoke English to complain to.

was told delivery would be between 1 hour and 1 hour half. 2 hours had past and still nothing so I called they said it was being brought to me now. Another hour had past and still nothing so I drove there to get it myself in total took me 3hours 30 min to get a meal for me and my partner. When I got home and opened up my food looked like it had been run over it was disgusting and cold. And to top it off my partner has been sick this morning.
I have never done a review and still feel bad for leaving this review cos generally the food is brilliant. But never again will I use them.

Ordered a delivery and 2 hours later still not arrived! Have always used this shop before admittedly normally collected and had good service, but after this time and the last time for delivery taken so much longer I definitely will not be using this company anymore! The worst part is I only live about 5 miles away which takes 10 minutes drive maximum, was told it was leaving in 3 minutes as driver only just got back!
