At first we wasn’t sure it was open. My sister went to the door to see if there was anybody there because it was so dark. There was absolutely no lighting in the dining area. We actually did get to sit down and eat and their service was great they have no Coke machines, and as I stated before no lights on in the dining area only at the pickup bar. I have never seen a Pizza Hut do this. It was actually kind of eerie, it would have been worse if it was not instead of day

Found hair on 3 of our pizzas ordered online, and the wait time was longer than usual which was fine but my food was cold which I like cold pizza but hair on all the pizza was ridiculous, plus the pizza didnt even look good the crust was super thin and there was gaps in the topping and no sauce either they was in a big hurry or got a new cheaper crust, that already has sauce,cheese…finding hair on my food is worse than the time my son once choked on a penny when it was supposed to be contactless paid and ordered online so no money exchanged physically so no reason for there to be a penny in with my pizza, and yet I ordered once again…. money is extremely dirty but I can not tolerate hair anything but hair!!! Invest in some hair nets!!! this hair was very lightly colored and long! it looked to have been cut into when the pizza was cut, or in between layers of toppings one bite it lifted a pepperoni and was wrapped under the crust and the 2 peices beside that piece also had hair!!! So I checked the others and also saw hair on those pizzas. had two other adult to check to make sure I wasn’t just seeing things after the first pizza…But they also agreed that it wasn’t cheese the pizza didn’t have enough cheese to cover it to begin with but hot cheese when cooled may have a stringy/stretch effect but this was most definitely hair…..least my dogs got to enjoy the pizza….

Gotta live those personal pans. Almost a little too much for me, but it’s perfect since I can’t eat anything larger. These bread and cheese stix with extra sauce and/or garlic dip are yummy. I allow myself a guilt day once a month, so something like this is a treat. When I’ve ordered, the food has always been fresh and hot and friendly staff. Clean environment. Perfect for entertainment when they do open back for dine-in.

Salad bar was lacking most things for a decent salad. * update I don’t think it could get worse but Sunday night we ordered a pizza only to have to put it back in the oven because the dough wasn’t done in the middle. I ended up missing work the next day because I was sick after.
