It’s a shame I haft to give it a star by default. 9.9/10 times the always mess the wing orders up and they come 90%dry and taste like sawdust. Ordered the traditional wing deal and got a bucket of sawdust adult chicken nuggets…Never get another dollar from me.

Was disappointed with the dine in , we came in and sat down not one worker told us we wouldn’t have a waitress and had to order up at the counter until my husband asked , we order our food $70 worth and sat down expecting our food to be brought to us with plates ect nope got called up all our stuff is boxed up after making it clear we were eating in , we weren’t offered any plates or silverware or napkins I was very disappointed, this is the closest Pizza Hut to us and I don’t even want to return don’t get me wrong the food was good but the service was crap, had I know when placing the order and paying before receiving the food I wouldn’t have tipped them to do literally nothing but call out my name, we won’t be returning , don’t offer dine in and have tables for them if you don’t plan to take care of your dine in customers

Ordered cheese sticks with rewards. It said I would get 10 sticks for 125 points. When I picked them up I only got 5. Worker was no help and my cheese sticks were burnt.

This is our favorite Pizza Hut. There is another Pizza Hut located closer to us, but it’s worth the extra 15 minute drive to us because the food here is so much better. We almost always order online because they offer coupons and deals online that aren’t available otherwise, plus we use the online rewards programs to earn free food.

Our door dasher couldn’t find our house so our pizza was taking a long time, we ended up just going to the store and picking up, the woman who was at the counter was very kind and apologized multiple times, and gave us our food for free. I’ve never had a bad experience here.

When we ordered online, we figured there would be a long delivery time due to the fact of possible short staffing and it being the 1st of the month. We did receive a call after ordering that it would possibly be a 1 hour delivery time, which we was good with. Shortly after receiving that call, I received a text that our order was out for delivery. In fact it was 16 minutes after placing the order, it was delivered by the store manager. She was very pleasant and professional..

At over a hour of waiting for my delivery i finally had to go to the store to get my pizza and soda. I had to argue with the staff. They acted like it was my fault that I expected my pizza in a timely fashion. That i should understand that they are having staffing issues. He did give me a 10 dollar credit. However when i got home which is less than 5 minutes away from the store the order was wrong and cold. I will never order from this store again! By the time I got home it was 2 hours after the initial order.
